Cons:

The receptionist was working overtime and she incorrectly set my key card. Not a big deal, but when i went back to find her at the desk she wasnt there. Called the number at the desk. No help. Someone else who needed help went and found her. She rekeyed my card however i realized that she must've keyed my card to have whole place access because I could get into the custodial rooms when i was just looking for the washer rooms. I tried my luck at seeing if i could open a room that wasn't mine. I COULD'VE. I HAD ACCESS. THAT'S SO DANGEROUS. I don't know if all the people in the building had that same access and didn't know it or what. I checked out immediately afterwards.
The smell of the place is super strong. I almost canceled my whole reservation because that alone. The beds could use some box springs because laying straight on the mattress and bed frame hurt my back.

The floor in the room needed to be swept and mopped. There were no hand towels in the room. The tub was dirty.

This location is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Fayetteville
Pros:

My stay was way above my expectations. The staff was phenomenal the rooms are extremely clean and this is definitely a hotel that I will me staying at again and agai. Thank you Extended Stay Cliffdale Rd
