Overall, a great deal, economical and friendly staff.
Pros:

The rates, however, it says pet friendly, but did not disclose the fee. Half the price of a room is a little steep for a pet.

Cons:

Lots of feral cats that someone is feeding, human food left out attracts flies and rodents too. Also several homeless people asking for resources, seemed a little unsafe.

It was a busy week in Ogden and I needed a place to stay on short notice, thankful for that.
Pros:

Staff and other residents were kind.

Cons:

Room was frumpy, pictures deceiving as they were older from when the hotel was newer. If you are traveling bring your own dishes, pots, pans etc. nothing is there for you to use, which when looking for a kitchenette I don't bring these items. Due to residents and workers living there , there are a lot of food smells, which was overwhelming for me, but I guess understandable, as I have not stayed at an extended stay before. Not sure when it was built, but again update your picture , so people can get the real effect when viewing online for an educated decision. Average

Cons:

Zimmerservice alle zwei Wochen ist okay, man musste aber immer wieder darauf hinweisen. Ich war 10 Wochen Gast und in der Zeit wurden die Zimmer nicht einmal ohne Nachfrage gereinigt.
