i wasn’t able to check in because i wasn’t 21 and it never said anything on the booking listing nether
It says free cancellation for reservations on the website but when you try to cancel it tells you it's non-refundable after you've paid and when you arrive there they tell you there's $150 deposit that they didn't mention on the website and they are not willing to work with you I was told I would get a full refund but still have not received anything

And they wanted $100 deposit which the room extended stay didn't take my shine that I had $100 and I had $100 in cash which they didn't accept and I didn't never got to go in my room I'm piss raining wet clothes no room for me...
