Pleasant and affordable
Pros:

This was a really good room. I was very happy with our stay here. We were getting a room for my partner to have a medical procedure done and did not want to drive far afterwards. Our original place was TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO TO RED ROOF HOMETOWN SUITES they lie in their advertisements and they are dirty and nasty. This place had good knowledgeable staff members, they gave us a late check out no issues, it was clean, the bathroom and kitchen areas were nice. I would be very happy to stay here again!

Cons:

I did not like the smell in the hallways but that did not affect the stay in our room at all.

The worst motel experience I've ever had.
Pros:

No breakfast was provided.

Cons:

Air conditioner didn't work. Stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator never worked again after we got to the room. No night clerk.

Too many cops!
Pros:

Lovely staff, very helpful with mishaps such as forgetting your room key in ur room when you go to get laundry, or answering questions they don’t have to answer but do to be nice!

Cons:

Cops constantly on property and talking to patrons to try and ticket or arrest them

Good Price Horrible Stay
Pros:

The location it was close to Emory Saint Joseph hospital for my husband's surgery.

Cons:

The hotel and my room 432 were dirty and it smelled really bad. I killed a cockroach in the shower when I walked into the room. Room 432 had burn stains or whatever stains embedded into the sink. Room was not cleaned throughly and needed major repairs.

Cons:

All of my items was stolen by the hotel staff I absolutely have nothing left with what I came. I’m from outta town and the staff there was plotting on stealing my stuff by them seeing me change clothes and shoes I’m a comedian and was down there for a business trip and events they proclaimed they cleaned my room but yet couldn’t give me my stuff back and they had no reason to be in my room, he claimed he threw my stuff away I had to call police and everything and will be placing a lawsuit against them.

It was a great location but needs a little update in the room(nothing major).
Pros:

It was in close proximity to downtown.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarettes smoke in the room and people smoking marjuana at the entrance. There wasn’t enough washcloths or towels, although I requested extra and didn’t receive them.
