Pros:

The quality dedicated and professional staff is what makes this place/experience what it is... Murad, Rose, (front desk) Jean Maintenance Man) and Housekeepers have literally made the difference (Class Acts!!)

If you rely on internet, avoid.
Pros:

The front desk people were very nice.

Cons:

The Internet was awful. I couldn't even do one web meeting because it was so slow. The Internet representative I tried calling to upgrade my network speed was unable to guide me through the process. He sent me to the front desk, which also wasn't able to help.

You can easily surmise that u have a case of staff working the best they are capable within prescribed, tightened and lack of resources ... The staff are QUALITY, and the common denominator to this places value!!!

it was horrible, only 1 elevator was broken, room smelled, they double charged us and when i asked the manager to call me they didn't. Every floor and room smelled. rooms weren't cleaned

Sleep in your car before staying here!
Pros:

The only good thing about this property was its proximity to the venue I had to travel to daily during my stay.

Cons:

After confirming that a late check in was completely fine (driving 12 hours) I arrived after midnight and was told by a very unpleasant employee on the phone in the lobby dedicated to late check-ins that their computer was down so I would not be able to check in. I had to find another hotel that cost the equivalent of half my 8 day stay for one night. I specifically booked this property for the kitchenette to be able to prepare food instead of eating out every day for a lengthy stay. There were no cooking implements in the room, not a single pot, utensil, dish, nothing! No shampoo, no hand towel, no washcloth, only a tiny bar of soap and two towels. No coffee maker in the room or lobby. The property had a very unpleasant odor, like rotten shrimp, in the common areas. The room itself was incredibly dirty, dead bugs, hair, and little bits of trash on the floor as well as a white residue on the nightstand that seemed to be left from a previous guest having a “party”. I understand this is a “budget” property, so I wasn’t expecting luxury by any means, but this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Eye really enjoyed the professionalism of the staff... Particularly the house keeping staff, Jean (on staff repairman) and the Front Desk - Murad and Rose... very personable and kind
