- From Incheon Airport: take bus 2015 at the airport and get off at Mapo Subway Station. The bus operates between 05:35 - 22:50 every 10 to 20 minutes.
- From Gimpo Airport: Take subway Line 5 or Airport Railrod Line and get off at Gongdeok Subway Station.

Bad trip for stay, not recommend who needs AC
Pros:

This is a 3 stars hotel, not the 4 as mentioned. Facilities and furnitures are old. They are selling like US129~per night, it's not worth.

Pros: good location, close to metro, restaurants and convenience store

Cons: the air-condition system has breaks time, it is not working 24/7. It cannot support for the hot weather in Seoul. The night shift staff English is not for answering simple questions.

They came to check the room temperature, but super ridiculous that only pointed the temperature testing tub to the air vent which turned on 24/7, and told that it's cold. They didn't test the room temperature at other points

本著對品牌的信任和交通便利而選擇入住,結果換來一 場大失望。不論硬件還是員工素質,都完全不配稱為星 級酒店。

1. 隱瞞硬件缺陷、冷氣形同虛設

5月中旬的首爾已很悶熱,房間中央冷氣完全不凍。派 員到房做測試,只測試出風口位置,用溫度槍指入出風 口稱正常,而不是房間温度。冷氣完全無風出都叫正 常。

後來才發現系統每兩小時會自動斷開停止運作!即使提 供風扇也根本無濟於事。職員竟然叫我開窗,但房間正 對主要幹道,噪音極其嚴重,根本無法入睡。

2. 服務態度和差別待遇,這是最令人憤怒的地方。

Check-in 前台和餐廳員工對待韓國人和外國人截然不 同。對本地人禮貌周到,對外國人則冷淡敷衍。 第二天向大堂找當值經理時,發現前台只在韓國本地人 Check-in 時主動提醒「冷氣每兩小時會斷開」,對外 國人則隻字不提、刻意隱瞞。

在餐廳接近關閉時,員工只會主動向鄰枱的韓國人提醒 Last Order時間,完全無視外國客人。

3. 前台英語極差、凌晨2點拒絕解決問題

當我嘗試投訴時,前台人員的英語溝通能力嚴重不足, 無法流利應對。更離譜的是,在凌晨2點我因冷氣問題 無法入睡而反映時,前台職員竟然問我是不是想「取消 訂單退房」,而不是想辦法解決問題!在半夜兩點叫不 適的客人走,這就是服務?
只有第三位職員寫,請我明早出去前台找經理處理。

總括而言,酒店沒有正式通知旅客冷氣系統24小時運 作,夜班前台英語能力不足。連健身室在頂樓,也有斷 冷氣的情況,其他配套設施叫作正常。唯一24小時有 冷氣的只有大堂。

Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The Hotel is perfectly located in an interesting area and very close to metro station and bus stations. It is extremely easy to reach from there any area in Seoul. The rooms are not big, but this is normal in Korea. They are extremely clean and well maintained. The shower works perfectly, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Moreover, all the staff members are very polite and caring
