清潔感があった。

室内に、コンセントしかなくUSB充電設備などは無かった。季節がらなのか、室内浴室の天井近くに小さな羽虫が大量にいた。

ホテルの見た目はよいが利用者目線が不足。

朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

フェイスタオルをかけるところがない、多分壊れたらしく、壊れたあとのネジ後をガムテープでふさいでいた。使ったタオルをかけられないので、トイレットペーパーを収納するBOX？の上に置いて一晩使用した。トイレットペーパーの設置場所が遠いので使いづらい。部屋のコーナーに大きな鏡があるがなぜそこにあるのか不思議。近くを写す鏡が洗面所しかないので化粧の際はしんどかった。

Excellent location and rooftop onsen, but the hotel feels dated
Pros:

The rooftop onsen was great, offering an open-air bath and a nice view of the entire city. The location is also excellent - very close to Matsuyama Castle and the shopping street. It is highly accessible for transport, and the airport limousine bus stops nearby. Additionally, the staff was helpful and provided a more comfortable pillow upon request.

Cons:

The hotel feels outdated in terms of both its design and facilities. The bed and the original pillows were uncomfortable and too hard. However, looks like this is there standard in this city...

This is a great hotel with great facilities. The onsen onsite is fantastic and our room had very comfortable beds. Super clean

Cons:

It is hard to find reception, and there’s no signage in the foyer telling you where to go. Inside the elevator it just says “lobby” on the 12th floor, but we didnt know this until we got into the elevator
