The staff were exceptional, best customer service we have ever received in a hotel, advised us where to go and how to get there, offering help when one of our family had a health issue.
The only issue with the location is there is no footpath along a very busy road partway to the hotel to the town but there is a bus service right outside the hotel which runs every 20 minutes.
The staff were all amazing !! Friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were very clean and very comfortable. The rooftop and garden were great places to catch some sun and relax. The bus stop at the front door which came every 30 minutes was very convenient. Breakfast had a great variety and lovely service. The lift was handy! Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was very helpful, kind and responsive. The breakfast was satisfying. We had a room with a view. It was clean, good wi-fi. Location was also good, just about 15 min walking to Sorrento centre. It was good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were always very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality, and the room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
The only thing I missed at breakfast was the option of scrambled or fried eggs.

Beautiful small hotel with the best staff, everyone so attentive, happy and friendly.(big shoutout to Guiseppe & Michela in particular) Interconnecting rooms were perfect for group of 6 girls with fab little terrace. Breakfast was fab, varied & plentyful. Location just perfect, enjoyed the little 20 min stroll to the town or option of bus right outside door of hotel. Rooftop pool/hot tub was iceing on the cake with amazing views and sunsets. Would highly recommend and hope to return x
Only reservation i would have would be for families with buggys as there is a very small stretch of the road before you reach the footpath that i feel not suitable to walk with a buggy but there is option of bus that stops right at door of hotel

No matress toppers only sheet over matress. Minor things that wouldn't put me off staying again but would improve stay.
