Idéalement situé et charmant, mais sommeil non garanti : bruit, absence de clim, litterie médiocre.
Pros:

SItué dans une ancienne villa cet hôtel est un beau lieu nostalgique. Idéalement placé sur la carte !

Cons:

Absence de climatisation dans des chambres surchauffées et bruyantes car établissement situé au bord d'une route très passante. Litterie très moyenne. Hôtel de charme mais chambres un peu vétustes.

Die wunderschöne alte Villa mit der großen Terrasse. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Ein gutes französisches Frühstück.

Cons:

Fehlende Klimaanlage, sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind bei offenem Fenster extrem laut.

Pros:

Wunderschönes, historisches Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet mit viel Charme und traumhaftem Blick ca. 3 km oberhalb von Grasse. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Parken gleich am Haus auf der Straße, mein kleiner Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Hauseigenes Restaurant an 5 Tagen geöffnet - ansonsten Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants ca. 1 km entfernt im Ortszentrum. Wanderungen und Ausflüge in direkter Umgebung.
Frühstück auf der Terrasse herrlich!

Cons:

Ohropax nicht vergessen, der Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht ist krass...vielleicht aber nur, weil Freitag war?
Die Fugen im Bad könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Disappointing, not like the glowing reviews seen
Pros:

Great location with a good view. However 3 croissants, one each, was rather stingy, although there were 3 rolls as well

Cons:

Difficult to find but our overall impression was of a very tired hotel, with very dated decor.
The hosts were very welcoming but knew little about where to eat locally- there was no restaurant service available on Friday evenings.
I forgot to add that the hotel is totally unsuitable for any wheelchair-bound guests, as there is no lift.

Pros:

Le service et la disponibilité des hôtes. La proximité avec la ville Grasses pour visiter.
La maison avec une histoire
Nous avons été gracieusement surclassé par le propriétaire de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le parking un peu exigu mais il y a une autre possibilité de se garer au dessus donc pas un pb.
La proximité de la route qui peu être à certaines heures un peu bruyante mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir

parfait quand on cherche un hébergement "à l'ancienne"
Pros:

hotel "familial" dans une belle maison très belle vue et beau jardin, déco simple et de "bon goût" ...
accueil très sympathique, diner possible sur place .

Cons:

une route un peu trop près ....

Séjour très agréable dans un joli cadre
Pros:

Le cadre, la bâtisse et surtout l'accueil et les échanges avec les propriétaires.
Un plus, le dîner proposé sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable
