Shitty
Cons:

We left for 2 hours for dinner came back the room smelled like a sewer. Notified front desk he came up to room with glade air freshener. Grabbed a glass and put water in back of toilet a few times and then set the glass beside our toothbrush and mumbled nothing we can do tonight bring the glade back down tomorrow morning at checkout. ENCORE- the refrigerator kept us up with the sewer small all night. Sounded like a 1945 Che y engine. The guy at desk this morning replied after I let him watch and hear the video. “ yeah”. No apologies or nothing.

Room set up and accommodations were well thought out. But can use a better maintenance strategy.
Pros:

The facilities were well thought out. But seem to be poorly maintained. Surrounding in bathroom shows wear. The mattress on both beds were HORRIBLE seems to be worn. We even flipped the mattresses over. And still tossed and turned all night.

Beds were horrible mattress should be replaced more often. Tossed and turned in both bed. Even after flipping the mattress. On both beds and yes they were double pillow top. But were extremely worn.

Disappointing for the price
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Hair everywhere. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. Fridge was filthy on the outside. Too many dogs allowed and barking. Loud hallway noise throughout the night. The people in the room above us sounded like they were jumping until 1:30 AM. Terrible location, hidden behind a grocery store on an extremely busy road. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Very disappointed and not worth the price of the room. I would have expected much more for $200.

Pros:

The pool, the breakfast, and the clean room.

Cons:

Man at the front desk didn't smile or talk. I had to ask most of the questions. But the lady we made breakfast was a delight. Very helpful and friendly.
