Espace accueil de l’hôtel était rempli de linge à sécher avec un gros bordel ! Fenêtre de la chambre fermeture détériorée. Lit mon fait pour deux nuits .

The photos on booking.com bear NO resemblance to the reality. This place is a dump. Like a prison cell. Quilt missing from the double bed too. It has to be seen to be believed. Spend more and stay somewhere half decent.

Nous avons signalé la situation à l’établissement le soir même. Le remboursement nous a pourtant été refusé, sans qu’aucune considération ne soit accordée à la gravité des faits constatés.

J’ai ensuite fait intervenir le service client Booking pour tenter de trouver un terrain d’entente avec l’établissement, sans succès. Même la taxe de séjour, pourtant d’un montant dérisoire de 2,10€, ne m’a pas été remboursée.

Une gestion de la réclamation rigide et peu à l’écoute, pour un cadre qui ne correspondait absolument pas à ce qui était annoncé. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, en particulier pour des familles avec de jeunes enfants.

Réservation dernière minute pour une halte d'une nuit

Cons:

Nous avons réservé deux chambres et mes enfants m'en parlent encore comme la nuit de l'horreur.
Nous avons du dormir avec les portes ouvertes pour aérer et ne pas suffoquer dans les chambres. La plupart des voyageurs étaient dehors jusqu'à 2/3h du mat (sûrement lié à la chaleur dans les chambres). Niveau propreté, tâches sur les draps/matelas et nous avons vu des blattes/cafards.
Le lendemain matin, invasion de guepes!
Je suis navrée de la note mais je ne peux pas vanter cet établissement.
