Nice, clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay, felt safe.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful. Room was cleaned frequently and was spotless. Quiet area, good sleep.

Cons:

Bed was kind of hard, personal preference. Food at restaurant wasn't impressive.

It's close to downtown

Cons:

They didn't notify me at the reservation time about the kitchen and the pool service not available due to mantiainance. We got a room by the pool which was really noisy and dosty because of the pool maintenance. Bad experience!

La ubicación.

Cons:

Muy calurosa la habitación. No tiene aire acondicionado. Solo ventilador ruidoso. Atención en el restaurante deja mucho que desear. Pedí algo por aplicación y no dejaron entrar al repartidor ni quisieron subirlo a mi habitación. Pantallas viejas, no son smart.

Un hotel limpio muy tranquilo, espacios amplios ofrece estacionamiento que es importante..el trato excelente por parte del personal, muy bonito y seguro. Lo recomiendo y seguro volvere.
