El servicio del personal de recepción, la ubicación y la limpieza
El servicio del restaurante, había solo una persona, tardo mucho en tomar la orden, en responder a peticiones, muy indiferente a las personas estaban conmigo (hablo de la comida NO del buffet)
Sugiero capacitar en cuestión de atención a clientes

Buen precio, habitaciones un poco antiguas, pero hace su función de descansar, cama comoda, se oye un poco todo por la ventana.
La ubicación y desayuno.
En la habitación que nos tocó no contaba con ventilador y se sentía mucho calor por la noche. No había control con el horario en el uso de la alberca qué al otro día tuvimos que reportar

* La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas
* La regadera con bastante agua y agua caliente dejaban jabón, agua, y shampoo cada día .
* Hotel limpio y la gente amable
* nos tocó la habitación justo frente a la alberca y las tres noches que estuvimos hubo huéspedes haciendo un relajo entre los pasillos y la alberca , con bocina y música muy fuerte, tomando cervezas, gritando etc hasta la 1 AM de la madrugada no tuvimos un buen descanso ninguna noche. Es lo único mal .

Es cómodo y bien el precio
El control de la tele casi no funciona, no tienes sistema de cable y no tiene clima únicamente un ventilador
En realidad no tiene nada que destaque sobre los demás hoteles, cumple con lo básico
El baño estaba sucio; nos quedamos en una habitación "superior" y ni siquiera tiene aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador viejo que hace ruido toda la noche; la televisión es súper pequeña.
Nos quedamos solo porque no había otra opción.
