Smell of the rooms was over powering of cleaning supplies no ice machine,beds very uncomfortable hard to sleep on didnt feel very safe. Lobby is NOT welcoming no coffee and breakfast.not easy to get places

Roaches, fish, dirty, and on edge

Where do I start? The elevator was dirty, the floors, and the walls in the elevator. Exposed wires and no digital numbers to let you know what floor you stopped on. Got to my room and was greeted by roaches. The place smelled like burnt fish. The A/C was completely frozen over. Turned it off and it thawed into the room. Water all over the floor in the morning. The water pushed out more roaches. Beds were like sleeping on concrete. Location had me on edge the whole night was very concerned about mine and wife’s safety. Especially when the desk clerk told me to make sure I have everything out my car and secured in my room. And I don’t know why it’s anybody’s business what brings me to council bluff Iowa? I would not recommend this hotel to anybody for any amount money.

Pros:

The room was very clean and the kitchen was VERY accommodating. The kitchen was the best I’ve ever had as far as cleanliness and availability of space and amenities. The staff was wonderful, however the questions as to the reason for my stay and screening of guests the were made aware of before I checked in—as well as an unnecessary amount of questioning as to why I was staying with them was a little disconcerting. However, I do under that hotels that rent with weekly rates are almost forced to be inquisitive was taken into account. That being said, a 2 night stay could have been slightly less interrogational. Breakfast would have been nice.

I came and stayed longer than anticipated. It's clean, modern and safe. It's great.
Pros:

I have slept extremely well staying at this hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The people that work here are extremely kind and welcoming. It is ran very well.

Cons:

I can't think of one thing.

It was great!
Pros:

It was very clean. The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were so nice and so accommodating. The are hard working and the room was spotless and comfortable
