I do not begrudge the staff really, because I'm sure working in a hotel can be frustrating, but it took a good long while for someone to come to the desk when we went to check in. The interaction was very short, I was only asked for my name, told what the total was, and then handed a key before the staff member went back into the room behind the desk.

The room we were given smelled, but we just decided to deal with it because the stay was so short. However we later discovered the smell was almost entirely localized in the bathroom, which was due to the fact the toilet leaked at the bottom every time it was flushed. The toilet water would seep into the floor and come out through the spaces in the vinyl flooring, along with some white substance. There was also mold on the bathroom wall, and the fan did not work. We were going to spend very little time in the room however, and the toilet issue wasn't completely figured out until late on Saturday. Since we were checking out the following morning, we decided to let it go. By the looks of how the vinyl was curling in the corner behind the toilet, this is an issue that has been going on for a while. The floors were also so filthy that we did not feel comfortable going without shoes and decided to buy some cheap slippers. The bottoms of them were very visibly dirty despite only being worn in the room.

That our vehicle was broken into and items were stolen. A gated area only accessible woth room key. No one at front desk to see if the cameras were operable, I called the number twice with no one to answer.

Roaches, mold, and rust in every room! First room was hot..AC not working. Second room smelled awful despite being a “nonsmoking room”. Third room didn’t smell bad and AC worked, but the roaches and mold was everywhere. We booked 7-8 nights but only stayed 3-4 nights because waking up to a roach and spider on my bed was not fun! Especially with a baby and kids. No refund was given. Very disappointed because the pictures on the website are very deceiving! I have attached photos for proof.

My room the bed felt like it was slanted and i did see like to roaches. and and part of wall was pealing like if it had a water leak before.

The door to the room sagged so you literally had to pickup the handle to shut it, TV didn't work and staff wasn't there after hours. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Couldn't reach anyone for more towels at 8am without being charged for it. Elevator is really slow. Wouldn't give it a 4 on reviews it would be 2.5

What I didn’t like was that there were no curtains to block the light, so I couldn’t sleep because too much light was coming from outside. I also got charged twice, but customer service was really helpful and kind. She helped me and made sure I received a refund.
