Short staffed due to their personal reasons. Front office hours were not accommodating. Other guests staying at this location that management could see/know about were not the kind of people you would like to be around. Poorly ran

The bed was comfortable but the freeway and parking lot noise was too loud to sleep through.

There wasn’t even a cup in the bathroom
The toilet had urine on the base
I’ve been better and cleaner entrances at the cart area in grocery stores
The refrigerator wasn’t clean, and had a wash cloth frozen down in the freezer
The blinds didn’t block outside lite at all

Bright lights from neighboring business shine directly into room. No blackout curtains. Had to sleep with pillow over head to block out lights.

Awful Stay
Pros:

Location was ok

Cons:

The bed had bugs. The curtains were awful as the street light came through the curtains and was bright. They never cleaned the room and was there for two weeks. Stove didn't work took two hour to make food.

Bad choice
Pros:

The room was clean and the HVAC worked properly.

Cons:

The facility was dirty, hallways, parking lot, transitioning areas. Ice was not available to paying customers, the staff was not friendly, exit / entry door locks to the facility didn’t work properly. The facility is not a hotel maybe extended stay but included residents some suffering some obvious problems leading to screaming, yelling, disruptions it was a pretty scary situation with security escorting “residents” off the property etc.

WE WILL NEVER BOOK AT THIS FACILITY OR ANOTHER WOODSPRING FACILITY EVER.
