Pros:

The hotel is fine for location but it’s noisy at night.

Cons:

It’s very tired and run down. Carpets are worn, the lifts are dirty, my sink was cracked and there was a big stain on my armchair. The place used to be good but is in need of love.

Good location but not value for money
Pros:

The location in day time was good - it's in town and amenities are within walking distance. The room was big. Housekeeping was good too in keeping the room cleaned every day.

Cons:

I particularly don't like the noises from the pubs around the hotel and due to poor sound insulation - you can still hear the loud music until 2-3 am every single night.

To make thing worse, the aircond was making loud noise if I turn the fan to high speed.

The breakfast was acceptable but very limited in good choices of tasty food. Basically, if given a choice, I would rather go to the nearest kopitiam around the hotel.

Best place for Business Executives and couples stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent because it is surrounded by convenient store such as Orange, Paradise Spa just below and Live Band and Karaoke Lounges, all within five minutes walking distance. We stayed at the Lazenda Hotel Suite and there are two restaurants which stayed open until late morning and 24 hours. Parking for my rented car was safe and spacious just under the hotel. Massage at Paradise Spa was around RM 120 per hour depending on the package.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the shower floor would have been cleaned further especially at the corners.
