O Hotel é bom, os quartos e limpeza nao tenho do que reclamar, porem não emitiram minha nota fiscal.No memento do checkout fui informada que a plataforma estava fora, porem vi no reclame aqui hoje (21/08/26) que desde janeiro eles dizem para os clientes que o sistema de emissão de NF esta fora. Preciso prestar conta e não consigo por eles nao emitirem NF.

Não emitem a NF, mesmo vc solicitando no check in eles informam que entregarão no checkour e no momento do checkout fui informada que a plataforma estava fora, porem vi no reclame aqui hoje (21/08/26) que desde janeiro eles dizem para os clientes que o sistema de emissão de NF esta fora. Preciso prestar conta e não consigo por eles nao emitirem NF.
