Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent central location for the cheap price. Couldn't hear the nightly live music from our internal room, which was great.
Internal room walls were a bit thin, as we could hear our neighbours moving around, hacking coughs etc.

Mostly the friendly staff, the location and i loved the free music entertainment.
Its only a small thing, but i did not enjoy being woke up at 3.00am to a emergency evacacuation, i know these things happen, but at the end of it, no one really new what the cause of the alarm was all about.
The staff were amazing and accommodated our weird checkin and checkout hours. We can store our luggage easily. 24 hour staff on call was the perk. Central location to everything including the NT Chinese museum and to the Darwin Festival. Will stay here next time I'm in Darwin!
