Pros:

Probably worst booking I ever had in Tbilisi.

Cons:

The place wasn’t really far from center. When they gave us the rooms on was already occupied so when I enter there already was someone staying. Air conditioning wasn’t working. There were water marks on the ceiling.

The hotel room was very nice, the terrace as well. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Sehr günstiges Hotel, aber das hat auch seine Gründe.

Cons:

"Boutique" ist hier gar nichts.
Zimmer sind okay, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr schwach.
Dünne Wände, sehr hellhörig.

very friendly and helpful staff. good location. I got a room with a big balcony witch was a very nice bonus.

Cons:

The room wasn't that clean. there were cobwebs on walls. The surfaces were a bit dirty.

Recommended. Affordable, clean, nicely located, caring people.
Pros:

The staff is helping and caring, the location is nice: not far from "everything" but in old and quite place. All the benefits you can get from a small, cozy hotel. The breakfast view from the roof over Tbilisi is exceptional. Exceptionally good value to money ratio.

Cons:

I was just a bit unlucky with my first night: the room turned out to be picking up some noise from the street and... somebody smoked in the room several years ago. But the reception gave me another room after my first request and it was all solved.

The room was plain, but clean.

Cons:

The sewer smell in the room was terrible. It was so disturbing it was difficult to fall asleep, I was opening the window fully, but it was just too intense. My clothes soaked in the smell.
