We have a limited number of ground floor rooms which are outside main building.

Food is available in Treetops Bar between 12pm and 8.30pm.

Pros:

The location was ok. Atmosphere wasn't great. The room was not worth the price at all, it needed a full refurb and the bathroom was falling apart, it also with a weird smell. cleanliness wasn't good. the noise level was the only good thing. the staff were friendly enough. there wasn't much amenities.

Fine. Would be better if room wasn’t where it was.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Great location. Food was fine and breakfast and had nice meal (pub food standard) at the treetops

Cons:

Our room was right next to the stairs and we were disturbed at night and early in the morning by noise from stairs and corridor.
