We have a limited number of ground floor rooms which are outside main building.

Food is available in Treetops Bar between 12pm and 8.30pm.

Good hotel with great food choices.
Pros:

I was in an annexed room (by choice) due to traveling by pushbike. I could have heled a party in there it was so large. Great family room.
Staff through out the hotel were very helpful.

Having a connecting room where the walls were paper thin felt like couple in next room were on the same room extremely creaky floors so heard people walking around all day, night .
Water wouldn't get hot enough for a bath or shower.
Very dusty room
Waitress at breakfast did NOT use tongs when handling bread instead put her hand into the bag of bread to pull some out . Where is the basic hygiene. Needless to say I didn't eat my toast .

Pros:

The bar food was superb, the best I've had for a long time.
Plenty of car parking

Cons:

Grangemouth isn't very nice but then it didn't matter because we went travelling every day

Pros:

We chose the hotel for its location and were not disappointed. The room we stayed in (room 4) was spacious and comfortable. All staff we met were pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel seems a little tired in general, there was a notice advising of refurbishment but we couldn't see any evidence of this. During our stay there was a very unpleasant odour in the reception area which seemed to come from the toilets. We were a little underwhelmed by breakfast but what was there was fresh.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel ist deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Monteurzimmer Standard, wird auch offenbar so von den Arbeitern der umliegenden Industriegebiete so genutzt

Pros:

Gutes Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar.
Frühstück war auch sehr gut 🤗☺️

Cons:

Badezimmer sind nicht mehr Zeitgemäß.

A lovely hotel
Pros:

The meal in the tree tops restaurant was top quality .

Cons:

The breakfast was good , but should have been better if it wasn't for the potato scones being to hard and the scrambled eggs being cold

Overall good hotel to stay, can stay again if get chance.
Pros:

Bedroom was nice. comfy bed, facilities, lots of parking place, breakfast was good though not many options
Bathroom had good option for cold and hot water. Bathroom was clean.
Hotel room was clean. Staff were nice and supportive.

Cons:

No lift.
Bathroom needs some repair in ceiling as there was water leakage.
Bathroom Design could have been better as WC was compact with less space around and there was lots of empty space.
