We have a limited number of ground floor rooms which are outside main building.
Food is available in Treetops Bar between 12pm and 8.30pm.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the location next to public transport was a bonus. We requested a ground floor room and we were given one, however....
The room we were in (41) had no natural light with the window onto a corridor and there were some drink stains on the wall. On the plus side, the bathroom was bright with a large external window The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment and hopefully this will sort out these issues.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und beinhaltete alles Notwendige, sogar Aufschnitt und Käse. Die Lage war sehr gut und zentral. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Nur ca. 20-25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Edinburgh entfernt.
Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Waschraum in dem bis spät Abends die Waschmaschinen liefen. Zusätzlich lief noch eine Klimaanlage oder ein Gebläse für Abluft, Das verursachte echt störende Geräusche.
We had a big bath in the toilet which was the only thing that was on the description.
it says there would have been a sofa bed and a double bed which we had twin beds in the room with no sofa.
My wife and I did not get a good sleep and I struggle with sore legs during my sleep and I need to sit on the couch during the night and fall asleep until I can go back to bed.
I wouldn't have booked this room if I knew there would have been twin beds.
I asked reception but there wasnt any rooms available with the big bath and a double bed.
