The room was lovely! Really comfortable, clean and pretty! Location was perfect for going into the centre on foot. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not the hotels fault, we had some inconsiderate, noisy idiots who were knocking on everyone's doors that night and set the fire alarm off in the morning. Really spoilt it for us. The staff threw them out after the alarm incident and were very apologetic.
Beds were comfortable
False advertising as there is no bar/ no food available. Breakfast was disappointing so we went out for breakfast and no hot options available as advertised. We booked on the basis that it had these facilities. They are still be advertised on booking.com as well. The brochure in the rooms also advertised to “relax in the bar”. All information around the property is not up to date, again advertising the bar and hot food. The property is tired and nothing like the pictures. Can’t really comments on staff as we barely saw them ! All in all a VERY disappointing stay.
Loved the quirky themed rooms, really well equipped and the towels smelt amazing! The breakfast that is included is continental which was OK.

Not at all clear whether breakfast is / isn’t included and what it entails. Bit tired.
Not very much beyond the bathroom
The room seemed more like a storage room and was not matching any of the pictures very disappointing there was nothing prepared in our room tea spoons towels nothing also the room was as marked across the walls very shabby decorating the location was extremely noisy with traffic all night the bed was falling apart and uncomfortable this was not a pleasant stay atol I left very sleep deprived and symptomatic with some of my conditions

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön individuell und kreativ eingerichtet. Es macht viel Freude hier zu übernachten. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist wunderbar. Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Die Haupt-Lampen (Deckenlampen) waren recht dunkel und die Shampoo-bzw. Seifen-Spender waren zum Teil leer oder haben nicht funktioniert. Der Straßenlärm ist doch teilweise gut hörbar und wenn jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat, kann es störend sein.
Really friendly staff. The place wàs very clean and you can tell an extra effort is made to please the customers.

Huge and very comfy bed - possibly one of the comfiest we've stayed in actually. The room was a good size - little kettle to make tea and coffee. We were offered free breakfast but decided to go out anyway but it was great that it was an option. The location is great it's only about a 10 minute walk from the centre maybe even less to the newer mall part. Really great value for money and it was surprisingly quiet even though it's on a big road. Though it's a tiny bit outdated it was super clean lovely fresh sheets and towels etc.
The bed frame was sooo squeaky if we even rolled over it made quite the racket. It wasn't a huge issue if you sleep quite still! Shower wasn't the most powerful but we have a really lovely bath with a shower head that was pretty decent anyway.
