Pros:

The place is super clean and well laid out. But the best part for me was the customer service. The staff were very polite, supportive, and diligent.

I'll highly recommend this place to anyone

A lovely stay near central in a comfortable and boutique rooms.
Pros:

The rooms were bespoke and we were made to feel welcomed from the moment we got there.

The road was a bit noisy but that can’t be helped.

So disappointing.
Pros:

I stayed in "Cario" and the decor was cute and quirky as on the website. Staff were polite, but no one once asked if everything was okay. I would normally tell a host rather than write a poor review but as no one seemed interested I feel I should let others know...

Cons:

The room was boiling! And this was in a cold May. I switched off the radiator and the towel rail wasn't on but it stayed like a sauna the whole time and I couldn't find a way to open the window. And that brings me to the location: Wouldn't really have wanted the window open as such a busy road and noisy all night because of it. Then there was the fact that there was no breakfast available. The website says there is. They even emailed shortly before the trip to say I could order breakfast the night before. And there was a menu in the room. Nope. Kitchen not working. Oh and the tray the tea and coffee was on was sticky. And no ordinary tea, just herbal. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it..

Cosy, quirky rooms with a superb breakfast for the adventurous appetite!
Pros:

The room was a lot of fun. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. But the breakfast was the star of the show. Do not miss it! And I highly recommend choosing something adventurous from the menu that isn't the standard English breakfast, although that did look good too! Very handy parking around the back of the hotel. Location was right by the centre of the city without being noisy or busy.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely and clean.
Pros:

On arrival, the male host did not offer us breakfast or tell us where our room was. Just gave us the key and said the room name which I already knew. Great room and very clean which made up for it.

Cons:

The welcome from the host, maybe because it was because he was on the phone but not very helpful.

Themed guest house at city center with private paid parking
Pros:

The house has city-themed rooms, we had New York. The style matched the city nicely and the room was clean and comfortable. The towels were phenomenal! Parking the car in the private premises was not charged at a fair rate and was without problems. The location is within walking distance of Nottingham center, which was very convenient for a nice walk through the city. We cannot comment on breakfast, as we had dinner the evening before and did not feel like a big breakfast the next morning.
