Vue de la chambre (304) agréable+ petit balcon, 2 chaises 1 table
Très bon petit déjeuner
Parking sur place , couvert (sur réservation et payant)
Plateau de courtoisie mais posé sur la mini table de nuit car pas de place
A 10mn à pied du quartier piéton

Cons:

Chambre (304) beaucoup trop petite, comme le lit (largeur 140 et longueur, les pieds dépassaient 😐), non confortable, matelas enfoncé, petite douche
Et le manque de rangement dans la chambre
Le frigo (rafraîchisseur) ne fonctionnait pas ; il a fallu négocier pour en avoir un autre

Un peu cher pour les prestations. Mais ce sont les tarifs à Aix !

Le petit-déjeuner "continental" était très bien.
L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé.
Notre chambre était orientée au calme.

Cons:

il était indiqué PARKING, mais son accès est payant ! Non précisé dans la fiche. Et peu de places.
L'hôtel est assez ancien, plutôt vieillot, la salle d'eau est étroite, comme la chambre, très petite. Lit de 140. L'architecture du bâtiment est assez tarabiscotée, tout est en pente, en recoins.
