Cons:

- mariage le samedi soir dans une tente devant l’hôtel : bruit extrêmement fort pour dîner. Quasiment impossible de dîner dehors. Et difficile de dormir avec le bruit. Très déçue que cela puisse être acceptée. Nous ne venons pas dans un hôtel pour avoir des bruits sourds de 15h à 1h du matin !

I love coming to the hotel, it's imperial splendour is enhanced by a fabulous seawater pool and the breakfasts are vast and varied.

Cons:

I am writing to report serious issues with the room I was assigned.

The room was not clean at all. The bed covers and bed linens were dirty and appeared to have been used without being properly changed. The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. In addition, the room was very small, had almost no ventilation, and basic amenities such as slippers, toothpaste, and proper bathing supplies were not provided.

These conditions were far below the standard I expected when booking through Booking.com, and they made my stay very uncomfortable.

I kindly request that Booking.com investigate this matter with the property and provide an appropriate resolution, including compensation or any other suitable action.

Please let me know if you require any additional information or photographs as evidence.

You must stay here at least one night.
Pros:

What a treat to stay here. You can feel the history to this place. The staff were all so lovely. The breakfast buffet is the best you can get at any 5 star hotel. The location is the best in town. The swimming pool is huge and clean.
