Pros:

Excelente localização, quarto e atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã excelente, contudo merece atenção ao atendimento. Possui um restaurante terceirizado do pavimento da recepção com um excelente custo benefício e ótimo atendimento.

Cons:

Atendimento no café da manhã. Só me hospedo em hotéis com academia e esse possuía uma academia razoável, contudo o equipamento de perna estava estragado.

Quartos grandes, ótima cama e travesseiros, banheiro espaçoso e sem problemas com a quantidade de água quente, ótima localização e café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Como se trata de um studio mais do que um quarto de hotel, está disponível máquina de lavar e secar roupas, o que seria um bônus para o hóspede, não fosse a falta de bom senso das pessoas que resolvem lavar roupa na madrugada. Porque o que mais se espera de uma estadia é uma boa noite de sono, eu não voltaria a ficar neste hotel. É u a pena, pois é uma boa opção em CT.

Spacious and well equipped room with everything you need. Close proximity to many shops, restaurants in De Waterkant. Loved it.

Great Room, Disappointing Service

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at this four-star hotel in central Cape Town was disappointing. The welcome was cold and impersonal, but the biggest issue was the complete lack of customer service. I reported the same problem twice during my stay, and no one ever bothered to resolve it. It felt like the staff simply didn’t care.

It’s a real shame because the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. With better service and more attention to guests, this hotel could have been a much better experience.

Хорошее расположение отеля, прекрасный вид на горы из ресторана, хорошие завтраки, удобные матрасы, есть постирочная машина и отдельно сушильная, которая не портит вещи. Хороший wi-fi. Крытая бесплатная парковка для автомобилей.
