Tai ne visai Birštonas, eiti iki miesto pėstute būtų toloka, keli kilometrai. Bet kas mėgsta pasivaikščiojimus palei Nemuno skardį miško takeliais - puikus pasirinkimas. Kambarių išplanavimas kiek keistokas, trūksta rozečių, jaukesnio apšvietimo.
The spa is beautiful and well-suited for older guests who come for treatments. The breakfasts are delicious with quite a wide selection.
It’s very sad, but the welcome we received was extremely unprofessional. Yes, we completely understand that everything depends on the price, but perhaps this kind of job should not be done if you do not enjoy it. About the other employees, we can only say positive things - the restaurant staff were kind and warm.
Negatives: the hotel location is not suitable for those who want to spend time outside of the hotel area as well. There is practically no transportation or convenient connection, which would not have been such a problem if at least the receptionist communicated with people in a respectful manner.
Overall, it was not extremely bad - yes, the place needs renovation, and yes, we could complain about small details - but we simply want to remind that a receptionist is not only the person who welcomes guests, but also the face of the hotel and the reason for guests’ mood from the very first moment they open the door.
We hope conclusions will be drawn. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Lankomės ne pirmą kartą. Skanus ir kokybiškas maistas – pasirinkimas gausus, viskas šviežia ir pateikta estetiškai. Taip pat didelį įspūdį paliko nuostabi gamta aplink viešbutį – ramu, jauku ir tobula poilsiui nuo kasdienio šurmulio. Atmosfera labai atpalaiduojanti, todėl tikrai norisi sugrįžti dar kartą.
