the staff were very warm and friendly. location is good, centrally located, easy access to buses, short walk to arena

Cons:

For the amount we paid, hotel is expensive considering the facilities. the room has 3 beds squeezed in a small room which made it difficult for us to move around the room. to reach the lift we had to walk up a flight of stars with our luggage.

Al llegar fueron muy amables y nos dejaron dejar las maletas para poder ver la ciudad hasta que pudiéramos hacer el check-in. La habitación era amplia y limpia.

Personal excelente, ubicación perfecta — habitación muy por debajo del precio
Pros:

El trato del personal ha sido excepcional: simpáticos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo al lado del centro de Verona. El desayuno ofrece buena calidad de producto.

Cons:

La habitación está muy deteriorada, huele a antiguo y tiene un aislamiento acústico prácticamente nulo - cualquier ruido exterior o de otros huéspedes cerrando puertas (que cierran mal) te despierta. Para colmo, el baño está fuera de la habitación: minúsculo, muy viejo, y acceder a él implica salir al pasillo, dar un portazo y manipular una cerradura ruidosa, lo que resulta muy incómodo. El desayuno se vacía media hora antes de que termine el servicio y la reposición tarda 15 minutos, con lo que algunos huéspedes se quedan sin comer. Todo esto a precio de hotel de 4 estrellas, completamente desproporcionado con lo que se ofrece.
