Stayed for a week, paid over 1000$ for a crappy place. Cheaper than most but not fun.
Pros:

Location close to public transportation
Cheaper than a lot of other hotels
House keeping comes in the room daily. Hit or miss on remaking bed. Towels refreshed.
Air conditioner is one setting on or off, but does cool the room down.

Cons:

Breakfast was 1 little bin of cereal put out to share with fake OJ and coffee with fake creamer. Nothing else.
Tried to check in at 4 and room wasn't ready. Waited for 45 minutes until it was.
Horrible towels not fit for a car wash
broken shower head spraying water into bathroom
broken power plug to charge phone (only one available in the room)
people out front yelling bed bugs!

Thin blanket. One day didn't get a bottom sheet on the bed.

Not bad. It's hard to find another hotel with a better price and location.
Pros:

I like the location.

Cons:

I don't like that opening the door needs some technique.
And preferably, I wanted a TV remote controller to be in the room from the beginning.

Generally uncomfortable and shabby.
Pros:

Free parking.

Cons:

Room door was broken/ hard to open/ unsafe.
Key needed to be reset.
Curtains didn’t keep the light from city lights from coming in the room.
Indicator lights inside elevator didn’t light up.
Several areas of the walls were poorly patched/damaged.
No place to plug in phone on my side of the bed and light switch on my side was broken/shabby.
I’ve never been to a hotel that charged a deposit.($100)
My wife noticed the hotel offered hourly rates.
Breakfast offered was a large bowl of Fruit-Loops, a jug of Sunny D, and a jug of milk.(I saw this on our way out and it made me laugh)

Kept a roof over our head during our stay😄

It was close to metro access and clean. Late check in

Cons:

They had burned hole in their sheets and blankets. Air quality wasn’t that great.
