Sisters at the beach
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay. It has lots of room with comfy beds. Very close to attractions and a great value.

Get what you pay for
Pros:

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much and it still under-delivered. Elevators were fast. Nothing memorable past that. Dirty, dingy room. Some lights didn’t even work. Cobwebs galore. Garbage furniture. Toilet on the floor. They didn’t even turn the pool on. Bugs floating everywhere. Sign posted about children under 15 must have guardian….I guess they had guardians technically-but not much supervision going on. Stopped in the Bar on day; no bartender. It was open but no bartender. Someone was in there, “she’ll be right back”. We waited but “right back” never came. Just another old, dirty, dated, MB “resort”. Horrifying to think this ranks 6 of 34.

Awesome hotel and staff!!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolina Winds! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Very peaceful! Clean hotel and smelled good! Will definitely go back!

People there was nice. Clean room.

Close to the beach.

Cons:

We was suppose to have ocean front and the way the room was you could barely see the ocean. If u sat on one side of the porch u couldn’t see it at all. The other thing is water kept dripping down on us when we sat out on the porch.

My room was the best, a full 10 out of 10. The breakfast was awesome. The staff and custodial team were great. Thank and I will stay again.

Cons:

I liked everything about my stay. My stay was unexpectedly good. Fabulous job by entire staff!
