Pros:

Close to amenities staff were friendly as were other guests

Cons:

Lift was out of order and has been since May and this is a hotel catering for elderly.Also window in bedroom doesn't close so noisy

Location is excellent and staff were friendly and very helpful

Cons:

Music at night was too loud for my room everything seemed to vibrate like bass on machine was set too high

Would recommend
Pros:

It was good to wind down after dancing at the at the Tower ballroom. The bar was open till 3 am and the staff friendly.

Cons:

Noisy at night. The noise from next doors bathroom carried into my room. Also voices from the street below in the early hours.

Pros:

Near to town centre

Cons:

The lift not working ,my shower base was dirty and the bed was lumpy. In the second room had no hot water all weekend

None of the lifts working I can't do stairs and there was a lot of disabled people there

Pros:

Staff go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. Entertainment great as well

Squeaky floor boards lol it is an old building so to be expected.

Not great at all.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

It appeared to be dirty. Carpet had clearly not be vacuumed for a good while, especially on the stairs. Lift was out of order, so had to use two flights of stairs and my mum has poor mobility. However, staff did arrange for a ground floor room when we brought it to their attention.

Great location and amazing staff
Pros:

The room was clean and had everything required for a short stay. The room was very warm during the hot weather and a fan would have been useful. The location was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were good. Staff were amazing.
