Amazing staff who always put a smile on your face
Pros:

I cannot speak highly enough of every staff member, I have recently been diagnosed with an illness that affects my speech. The staff went out of their way to help me nothing was too much trouble, and I didn’t once feel judged, the staff were very kind to me made my stay at the Georgian Hollies amazing, A great big thank you to you all from all 5 of us

It is very clean lovely staff, a short walk to amenities, entertainment each night and the staff really do care

Pleasant but a bit uncomfortable

Great location as ever and lovely colleagues always make you feel welcome

Cons:

The room I was In 73 with the warm weather it was awfully hot with no air at all which made my stay really uncomfortable also where my room is situated was right above the entertainment area which the music was really loud through the floor into my room so means I couldn’t go to bed properly till about midnight nor could I hear the tv.

All in all I love the hotel I just wouldn’t have anyone put in that room because it’s so loud and stuffy and not ideal I think I would be asking for a different room next time.

WARNING DONT STAY HERE IF YOU REQUIRE A LIFT AND TV

IM DISABLED AND LIFT WAS NOT WORKING STAFF SAID IT HAD NOT BEEN WORKING FOR 4 DAYS CLEANERS SAID A FEW WEEKS I BELIEVE CLEANERS SO GUESTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS BEFORE PAYMENT CAME OUT SO THEY COULD BOOK ELSEWHERE ALSO TV NOT WORKING
BOOKING.COM THINK THEY CAN FOB ME OFF WITH £25 CREDIT ? WELL THEY CANT IM TAKING THIS FURTHER I PAID £125 FOR 2 NIGHTS AS ACCOMADATION SAID IT HAD A LIFT AND TV THE LIFT WAS FAR MORE IMPORTANT
THE HOTEL WERE IN BREECH OF WHAT THEY STATE FOR DISABLED THEY WONT GET AWAY WITH THIS

Bed rock hard we were in pain on a morning no sleep very uncomfortable only 2 socket we were in room 12 kids running banging on doors they were kicking football in the passage way jumping onto pool table no body stopped them we stopped out ov hotel just for peace all the old folk were sick

Fab stay
Pros:

Literally everything. The staff were fantastic especially Ryan and Kim. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size. My daughter loved it.
