Просто замечательный отель! Чисто. Прекрасный вид из окна на рынок. Завтрак очень хороший! СПА очень помогает расслабиться. Месторасположение одно из лучших в городе. Персонал приветливый. Холодильник, тапочки, халаты, сейф, чайник, всё в наличии.

Cons:

Чем больше людей в СПА, тем менее комфортно. Нужно знать, когда выбирать время.

Parking. Hotel nie posiada parkingu. Mają zarezerwowane kilka miejsc na parkingu około 6min piechotą od hotelu, ale trzeba rezerwować wcześniej i płacić bez żadnej zniżki. Totalny żart.

Parašiau iš anksto, kad atvyksime apie 12–13 val. Nepaisant to, iki 15:00 val. kambarys nebuvo paruoštas. Tuomet buvome paprašyti palaukti dar 30 minučių. 15:30 val. vėl išgirdome tą patį – palaukite dar pusvalandį.

Situacija pasikeitė tik tada, kai registratoriaus kolegė pasiūlė mums ? (tegu pati pasako). Staiga paaiškėjo, kad kambarys vis dėlto jau paruoštas. Tai kelia klausimą – ar problema buvo organizavime, ar registratoriaus kompetencijoje? Susidarė įspūdis, kad informacija buvo teikiama neprofesionaliai, o klientų laikas tiesiog nebuvo gerbiamas.

Cons:

Kolmeen päivään ei siivooja käynyt kertaakaan. Aamupalalla aivan tolkuton ruuhka ja tyhjät pöydät täynnä likaisia astioita mitä ei kerätty pois. Aamupalajono rappukäytävään kun ei muualle ihmiset enää mahtuneet. Suurin osa kääntyi pois. Kauheaa katseltavaa.
