The hotel was in a great location opposite the beach and tessellated pavement. We had a two bedroom unit, which was upstairs and had views of the beach. Great location.

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated, but our room was clean and pleasant enough.

The allocation was misrepresented to us - the sofa bed was a sofa with a stack of sheets on there. No fold out, no conversion or other options for a bed.

Fabulous view, great food and service and so close to Port Arthur
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious room with a fabulous view from the balcony over looking Pirates Bay. Tessellated pavements on the door step and a warm spa at the end of the day was a fabulous treat. Service was great and we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant.

Very nice
Pros:

When we arrived I was met by Lynn who was lovely and we checked in no problem. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant and had lovely meals. We ordered a couple of pints and being from the UK the pints were pints. After breakfast the next day we crossed the road and watched seals playing in the sea. Lovely hotel.

Cons:

Light from the corridor at night shines through right round the door lighting your room up all night.

Fantastic location and room facilities.
Pros:

Had a kitchen and clothes washer/dryer in the room! Perfect for a post hike wind down! We got to shower, cook up a delicious dinner, unpack and wash our clothes as well as watch the ocean rolling in wave after wave and sleep soundly to those sounds!

Cons:

A few maintenance issues in the room with the curtains not hung properly actually falling down.

Ok not amazing , probably a better summer option
Pros:

Position was good , night meal good, parking good, staff on booking in very nice

Cons:

Very noisy from 2nd floor, staff did sort this. no conditioner in shower, no breakfast offered or advice on where to get any.
