Little to recommend what should’ve been an excellence HOTEL
Pros:

At time was the staff did their best despite the limitations of the place

Cons:

Both the rooftop and the main bar were closed throughout the day. The rooms were tired and warm

Not what we expected for the Value.

Cons:

Breakfast was really bad for the price. Our room faced the street and was very noisy.

Pros:

Si me pareció excelente salvo el desayuno . Demasiada variedad pero no calidad . El dicho dice menos es más !
Medialunas de las congeladas , panes de molde , jamón de mala calidad , café regular … deja mucho que desear.

Cons:

Deben recordarle al huésped que las toallas es importante no desecharlas para lavar ya que el gasto de agua y electricidad es perjudicial para el medio ambiente . En todos los hoteles lo hacen !!!

Y desayuno como dije , no es bueno

Excelente opción para Buenos Aires
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, el desayuno exquisito, y los servicios del hotel para los huéspedes son estupendas (hicimos el tour por Recoleta con un guía privado que fue excelente)

Cons:

Por la humedad del ambiente, las toallas del baño no se secan.

Disappointing tired set up with no bar in an acceptable part of Buenos Aires
Pros:

Palermo is one of the better districts of Buenos Aires.

The staff tried their best in the circumstances

Cons:

The property advertised a rooftop bar and a main bar none of which were open.

The rooms had a tired feel about them. This included the door lock which was faulty.
