Grande localização e um bom atendimento focado em resolver o problema do cliente!

Inicialmente tive um imprevisto com o quarto que foi reservado na REcolaeta, porém, a recepcionista do front desk, me ajudou a realocar para Palermo, e com isso a experiência foi muito boa.
Boa vontade da atendente Daniela, foco em resolver o problema do cliente.
Boa localização, bom café da amnhã.

Cons:

Foi tudo muito bom, porém, relato que a qualidade das toalhas de banho, após a primeira noite, estavam muito ruins, usáveis sim, limpas também, mas estavam bastante desgastadas.

Excelente hotel con personal que está al debe
Pros:

Precioso hotel, limpio, bien iluminado y con excelente ubicación. La habitación grande y cómoda. Desayunos buenísimos.

Cons:

Personal bastante apático y con pocas ganas de interactuar. Entras y ni siquiera levantan la cabeza para saludar.

Funcionarios excelentes e agradáveis. Quarto muito espaçoso, cama confortavel, lençois de qualidade, equipamentos e decoração modernos.

Cons:

Café da manhã bom, porém repetitivo e no momento estava sendo servido no salão de eventos, creio que em função da reforma do restaurante, portanto com apresentação não compatível com qualidade do hotel.
