Housekeeping is provided 3 times a week, and does not include dish washing. The apartment provides free shuttle services to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (Monday to Friday).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Lovely and helpful team who make you feel welcomed. Room was complete with kitchenette and laundry facilities. Location of walkable distance to Fort Canning MRT. The affordable parking opposite the hotel was also a plus. Though facilities not as up to date, it is clean, complete and value for money.

Cons:

Air freshener is too strong in lobby. Could be more subtle. B’fsst place uninviting. Entire hotel and rooms could be updated. Better tea and coffee selection in the rooms.

In general we had a very nice stay. would recommend and would like to stay here again.
Pros:

superb location, easy to get around by public transport. The facilities are great. It's nice that the appartment is cleaned every other day.

Cons:

I think the thermostat in the bedrooms didn't work properly. Our room was always extremely cold , no matter what temperature we set it on, and the other room was on the warm side.

Greeted by John. He’s always willing to help and make sure we were ok. He’s definitely made our stay special. All the staff were great. But John is a very special person to have working for the hotel.

A perfect place for a perfect stay in Singapore.
Pros:

I love this property. I've stayed twice - once for two weeks and the second for three months - and it's ideal for both short and longterm stays. The staff is exceptional and always provide excellent service throughout your stay. The property is located very close to many of the iconic places that make Singapore such a wonderful place to visit - The Merlion, Fort Canning Park, Gardens by the Bay, the Art & Science museum, and the Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade. It has a good gym and pool and is attached to the UE Square mall with several great coffee shops, restaurants, and an excellent grocery store.

Cons:

There was nothing that wasn't great about my experience at Park Avenue Clemenceau.

Tolle Unterkunft an perfekter Ausgangslage
Pros:

Wir sind Singapore-Vielreiser und können diese Unterkunft allein schon wegen der perfekten Ausgangslage empfehlen. Die MRT 3 min. zu Fuss entfernt sowie die Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus bringen einem in einer vernünftigen Zeit in alle Richtungen. Auch zu Fuss ist man in ein paar Minuten am Clarke Quay, in ca. 40 min. an der Marina Bay und gegenüber der Unterkunft liegt direkt der wunderschöne Fort Canning Park.
Wir hatten zu dritt die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, einem grossen Wohn- und Essbereich und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Waschmaschine. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Den Pool und das Gym haben wir nicht benutzt, dafür täglich die tolle Bohnen-Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby, wo man sich ganztags bedienen kann. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit sich Essen liefern zu lassen. Das W-Lan sowie die AirCon funktionieren tadellos, die Dusche ebenfalls und die Aussicht auf den Clarke Quay abends ist wunderschön. Im UE Square Gebäude hat es einen Cold Storage für Einkäufe, so dass man auch mal in der Wohnung Frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann, sowie im EG mit Aussensitzplätzen einen sehr guten Vietnamesen (Moc Quan) sowie 2 Orte um zu Frühstücken direkt daneben. Ebenfalls gibt es ein Starbucks sowie einen 7Eleven Shop. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

The hotel is very conveniently located, five minutes from the metro and there's a bus stop nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is large and comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped for all needs. I highly recommend it!
