Cons:

Hygiene issues, found the house keeping staff cleaning the coffee mugs and glasses in the toilet . They r not properly cleaned and replaces after each guest . Breakfast quality and variety not like earlier days .

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The staff was courteous and polite throughout my stay. The hotel has both a rooftop restaurant and an indoor buffet restaurant, which was very convenient and enjoyable.

Cons:

Although the breakfast options were very good, the dinner buffet could benefit from adding a few Western food options. The Indian food was good, but after several days, it would be nice to have a taste of home as well. The day shift staff was very friendly and welcoming, while the night reception staff was more formal and reserved in comparison.

Alles in allem sehr gut!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch sehr indisch. Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vorbildlich! Die Zimmer sind top! Die Dachterasse ist ebenfalls top. Das Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Wir sind morgens gegen 03:00 am. angereist. Der Herr an der Reception war etwas überfordert. Anfänglich fehlten in den Zimmern die Handtücher, Trinkwasser etc. Es wurde dann aber gebracht. Nach unserer Reklamation lief dann alles tiptop!
Die Lage des Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb. Zu Fuss ist nichts zu erreichen.
