Pros:

Posizione vicino al mare e al centro, lontano dai forti rumori dei locali.
Piscina molto bella (priva di doccia).
Accoglienza e gentilezza di tutto lo staff.
Dimensione della stanza, frigorifero molto capiente.
Market fronte all'hotel molto utile.

Cons:

Colazione da migliorare poche cose dolci.
Il problema grande è l'aria condizionata tolta la chiave elettronica si spegne tutto e quando entri in stanza il caldo è forte e occorre attendere almeno 15 min che la stanza arrivi ad una temperatura decente.
Gli asciugamani in tre giorni sono stati cambiati una volta sola.
Non rifanno la stanza i letti rimangono così come vengono lasciati.
Non ci sono prodotti da bagno a parte un sapone per le mani.
Manca un posto dove stendere l'asciugamano del mare!

Un séjour parfait en famille
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal : proche des commerces, des attractions de la rue principale et de la plage à pied...tout en étant légèrement excentré dans la rue, ce qui lui permet d'être au calme. C'est agréable d'avoir une piscine propre et silencieuse, sans les enceintes de musique qui tournent à fond dans les oreilles.
L'hôtel dispose d'un parking mais il y a aussi de la place dans la rue qui est très sûre. On peut accéder aux routes principales très facilement.
Les lits étaient confortables et les chambres spacieuses et bien climatisées. Tout était propre et nettoyé régulièrement.
Il y a de tout pour le petit déjeuner : charcuterie, fromage, oeufs ( au plat ou brouillés), légumes, fruit, pain de mie, confitures, miel, chocolat, céréales, petits gâteaux...
Ce qui est exceptionnel c'est l'accueil de Vivienne, Sally et Oliver : toujours aux petits soins avec chacun de ses clients. Adorables avec les enfants. A l'écoute des besoins. C'est vraiment ce qu'on appelle un super hôte !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol : il manque des choses en sucré pour le petit déjeuner et de quoi se faire un chocolat chaud pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuner ne varie pas non plus, même s'il y a de tout, cela peut être lassant.

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de prises dans les chambres.

segítőkészek,nagyon jó vendég látók!!Igaz csak 2 napot voltunk,átutazoban de nem bántuk meg hogy itt szálltunk meg!!

Aposágok, amin biztosan javítani fognak!!
Pl,fürdőszoba ,azon belül a wc,teraszon a székek,ahol mi szálltunk meg a földszinti szoba,(az emeleti rendben volt)

Amazing staff, great location, very clean hotel, and a wonderful stay! Highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from the center of Faliraki, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The staff were amazing – always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Everything was very clean, including the rooms and the pool area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Nothing. Everything was great, and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Мне понравилась администратор Вивьен, ее выдержка и профессионализм оставили приятное впечатление. Ее гостеприимность и внимательность на высоте!

Cons:

Ванная была грязная как мы зашли первый раз в номер. Душ с налетом месячной давности, волосы на полу в ванной и в комнате, унитаз был грязный. Wi-Fi в номере не ловил (107й номер) только на балконе. Сотрудник женщина пожилого возраста во время завтрака отвечала грубо, возможно из-за языкового барьера.

Would not recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The only good thing about this property is the location

Cons:

The property is old, they only cleaned the room once in our 7 days stay. Breakfast is really poor, and if you wake up at 9am there is nothing left as they don't bring new food.

Pros:

Ottima struttura a Faliraki... leggermente fuori dal centro,il che è positivo per poter dormire in tranquillità senza essere nella zona più rumorosa... allo stesso tempo il centro si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 5 minuti... stessa cosa per la spiaggia... inoltre è anche comodo raggiungere altri punti d interesse! Consigliato! Letti comodi e stanze spaziose!

Cons:

Non mi ha entusiasmato troppo la colazione un pò minimal soprattutto a livello di dolce.

Men super fint sted og værterne er SÅ venlige og søde. Anbefales og ville komme der igen.
Pros:

Det ligger rigtig god og tæt på hovedgaden. I fin go afstand til både restauranter og stranden. God parkering på stedet og super søde værter.

Cons:

Vi savnede lidt hyggelig musik i bare / ved poolen. Morgenmaden er meget simpel og nogle pool håndklæder havde været virkelig godt. Vi havde vores håndklæder fra værelset med ved poolen og de blev derfor ikke skiftet.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpfull, cared about guests a lot
. Location was fine, close to the main street. Room had a conditioning system which helped a lot during the hot days.

Cons:

There is a room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene (dust under beds or taking out salami from greek yoghurt with bare hands etc.) . Walls are very thin so you can hear neighbours from other rooms or corridor.
