Si un jour et gratuit, je pars pas🫣

Cons:

Propreté dans la restauration.. le verre, trop sale cassés, les tables pas nettoyée .. On est partis pour manger. La table est avec la nourriture et la serveuse a mis juste les fourchettes e la serviette .. le sauce que les autres sont tombés sous la table à rester en bas des nos fourchettes😳😳😳 on a resté choqué même pas un chiffon vite fait🤯

The teams at reception and main restaurant were very dedicated and cooperative. Nice facility, lots of greens and delicious food.

Cons:

Most entertaining facilities like the tennis courts among many others are payable . Fees wouldn't make owners rich so I recommend offering these at no value to attract guests

Pros:

Essen im Buffet war fast alles immer gut. Getränke waren auch gut. Personal war grundsätzlich nett und höflich. Die Anlage generell war sehr schön, egal wo man hin schaut fühlt man sich einfach im Urlaub. Kein typischer Touristenbunker, sondern sehr schön in die Natur eingelassen, dass man den Alltag vergisst. Auch positiv hervorzuheben ist die Tierfreundlichkeit. Ich habe viele Leute gesehen die ihre Hunde dabei hatten und generell gibt es viele Katzen auf dem Anwesen und auch einen kleinen Zoo.

Cons:

Kommunikation war generell schwierig, da die meisten nur Türkisch oder russisch sprechen. Gutes Englisch war eher selten im Alltag zu finden. Sehr unhöflich aufgefallen ist die ältere Dame rechts von der Rezeption bei Customer Relations. Sie war gefühlt immer schlecht gelaunt und wollte/konnte patu nicht mit uns reden (Englisch). Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber, man findet unter dem Dinge, die man nicht finden möchte und bekommt vermeintlich saubere Handtücher welche große schwarze Flecken hatten.

Pros:

Отель обладает своей особой атмосферой. Это редкость. Очень большая территория. Много укромных мест. Большой пляж. Территория оборудована террассой для йоги. Каждый день йога с видом на море и восход. Места для флай йоги, спортзал тренажерный зал места для детей пляжный волейбол площадка жля баскетбола. Превосходные корты для большого тенниса подогреваемый бассейн чудесное спа и массажи с пилингами, еда классная круглые сутки и персонал очень заботливый. И все это и многое еще что -ы чудесных соснах и горных видах. Всего и не перечислить.

7 years of wonderful stays at Martı Myra
Pros:

We have been returning to Martı Myra for about seven years, and it remains one of our favourite family hotels. It is nice to see how the hotel continues to improve while preserving its unique atmosphere.
We stayed in a spacious two-room family room. It has a classic, cozy style and was comfortable for the stay. The location of the building within the hotel grounds was especially convenient. (We really appreciate that the hotel always takes our preferences into account and does its best to accommodate our requests).
Housekeeping has noticeably improved — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, bathrobes and toiletries regularly replenished.
The food is consistently good, with a choice of meat, fish, vegetarian and healthy options. This year I especially enjoyed the fresh seasonal fruits — figs, watermelon, melon and peaches. Our kid also noticed that the ice cream has become tastier and more varied this year =)
The beautiful green grounds are, as always, very well maintained, with lush greenery, flowering bushes, and perfectly kept lawns.
We never had trouble finding sun loungers on the beach, and the beach staff were always happy to help.

Overall, the entire staff are friendly, attentive and willing to assist. I celebrated my birthday during this stay, and the team kindly helped my friends arrange surprise deliveries, which made the day even more special.
After many years, we still love coming back.
Thanks to the entire team for another wonderful holiday <3

Очень хорошое место, вернулась еще раз бы.

Cons:

На карточке отеля отсутствует расписание выдачи и приёма пляжных полотенец. Было бы удобно добавить его, чтобы гости знали часы работы и не приходили зря.

Pros:

Красивая территория, все утопает в соснах. Удобные кровати и подушки. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Хорошие корты. Играли в теннис каждый день.

Cons:

Грязные фужеры и стаканы в ресторане. Не нашли с персоналом чистых. Прям каждый раз. Персонал кажется уставшим и недовольным. Ощущение, что гости им мешают) пляжные полотенца давно пора сменить. Застиранные, где то порванные. Когда дождь, людям не хватает мест в помещение во время еды. Не рассчитано пространство для такого количества народа.

Pros:

Расписал + и - в пунктах с одними и теми же номерами. Текста много, но за свои деньги отель нам нравится были несколько раз, если не иметь каких то особых ожиданий, то вполне себе хорошо.
1. Для нас очень хорошо и удобно, что отель дог френдли, с собакой можно везде перемещаться много гостей с собаками.
2. Персонал приветливый, хорошо относится старается решать все проблемы. В том числе есть аниматоры.
3. Есть игровой дом со своим двориком, там две команды аниматоров могут заниматься с детьми. Сотрудницы очень внимательные и стараются, особенно подразделение "Тукан", по вечерам они же проводят детскую дискотеку.
4. Отель находится в сосновом бору, на очень большой и очень зеленой территории, которая полностью поливается и обслуживается. Больших корпусов нет в основном 3 - иногда 4 ре этажа.
Недалеко от отеля несколько аптек, в которых можно закупиться по полной, с русскоговорящими специалистами.
5. Море чистое, преимущественно камешки.
6. Еда хорошая достаточно разнообразная, ее много, большинство столиков находится на улице, жарят на гриле, иногда дни с рыбой, ну вообщем обычное дело. Есть дополнительные точки питания мороженное закуски и так далее, что то съесть можно почти круглые сутки.
7. Баров достаточно много выбор напитков не плохой, я пил красное вино, меня вполне устраивало сухое не кислое.
8. Бассейнов на территории очень много есть две горки покруче и попроще.

2. В некоторых точках персонал бывает уставший или перегруженный, на выдаче полотенец всегда работает девушка, которая как будто сильно грустит ). А на точке выдаче мороженного всегда большой ажиотаж, там один человек выдает мороженное да еще и должен выдавать, пирожные это рядом но сбоку, короче там всегда девушка тоже в печали какой то работает и частенько очередь стоит.
3. К сожалению пока у нас ребенок маленький расписание работы игровой комнаты немного не удобно лично для нас. работают примерно с 10 до 12:30 и потом с 14 до 17:30. А у нас получается с утра пошли на море, потом обед поспали, время уже почти 16 идти в игровую и некогда, а вместо моря с утра ходить в игровую, ну не хотелось.
4. Сама Текирова, находится довольно далеко от Анталии, и ехать где-то час + даже на такси от аэропорта. И в самой деревне ничего особо больше нет кроме отелей и магазинчиков.
Кроме того номерной фонд тоже уже не новый, уборка есть но это скорее приборка, те кто любят что бы пол был чистый и все такое, то это точно не тут. Просто смахивают грязь с центра, периодически меняют белье и полотенца
5. Сама инфраструктура отеля изношена уже лежаки уставшие. Если заселение полное то зачастую начинаются занимания лежаков, кто не занял, тот без зонтика остался, то есть зонтиков физически меньше чем желающих.
6. При полном заселении отеля в столовую надо идти или к открытию или сильно попозже, если опаздываешь чуть чуть можно не сесть, если идешь сильно позже, некоторых позиций уже не будет.
7. Иногда бывает не весь ассортимент, но в целом не критично.
8. Вода в бассейнах как правило прохладная (хотя может это и хорошо). Горки скорее для маленьких детей.
