Location fantastic, beds really comfy, great view of tower from our window, good value for money even though we didn't stay for the breakfast good drinks selection in room and good sized room and bathroom
Breakfast didn't start till 8.30 which meant we had to miss it as left by 8.45am, no teaspoons to stir your drinks in bed room, could of been a bit tidier/cleaner
Alex and the team couldn't do enough for us
We turned up early and they went all out to help us get checked in room as soon as possible.
Especially in the heat
one women didn't catch her name she was great she was everywhere from Cleaning rooms to serving breakfasts and still smiling.
Breakfast was lovely enough to set you up for the day.

It was really close to all the attractions and beach and was ideal for shops and food places. The staff was helpful and polite and kind. It was 25degrees when we stayed and because we had the family room on top floor it was boiling so they provided a fan and also allowed us early check in and late check out at no extra cost. Would definitely stop here again. 😁

It was cheap as I booked it at short notice. They gave us breakfast for free. The lady at breakfast was really friendly.
The property wasn’t clean when we arrived. The beds were the only things that looked clean. I kept my shoes on as the floor was sticky. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. Toilet was dirty and sink dirty. We were only staying one night and we didn’t arrive until 6:30 or I would have asked for a room change. I know the room was cheap but there should be some level of cleanliness no matter the price

The rooms were lovely and clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was lovely… location was brilliant for us, literally a 5 minute walk tower.
The beds were pretty basic a bit uncomfortable and we were on the top floor which was plenty of steps to go up .. but we managed.. if you’re not great on the legs ask for a lower level,
