La posizione è molto comoda al centro e al lungomare di Blackpool. La camera costa oggettivamente poco.
Dato il prezzo ovviamente non mi aspettavo il grand hotel ma nemmeno quello che ho ottenuto. Per prima cosa le foto su Booking non sono del tutto veritiere e mostrano una struttura in condizioni decisamente migliore di quanto non sia.
Tutto avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernato e salendo le scale si sente un odore decisamente sgradevole.
Ci è stata data una camera all’ultimo piano che era un forno e disponeva solo di una piccolissima finestrella per arearla (si fa per dire). Bagno sguarnito di tutto, proprio nemmeno il sapone per le mani.
Pulizia che lascia a desiderare ma quelli sono un po gli standard inglesi anche in posti più costosi.

The location is very convenient, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The biggest disappointment and the problem that I struggled with is the bed, bedding and pillows. I was left to believe that this was a place of luxury on this very site but it was far from that.

The room was basic but very clean with handwash, shower gel and complimentary bottles of water, alongside, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.
The bar was well equipped.
An added bonus was getting 20% off the Indian restaurant attached to the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff were amazing.

We were there for dancing competition. Everything there we needed and close to all amenities.
Perfect location room was lovely and a fan which was good with the warm weather breakfast was lovely full English and continental tea and coffee was nice shower in room was hot and powerful staff was very friendly and help would recommend to families my self and partner and 15 year old and 10 month old stayed perfect night away
We was on the top floor but if we requested a lower floor on booking we would have had it but we arrived late evening. Everyone had already checked in.

Staff were brilliant and attentive. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
If I had to be really nit picky the only thing I would say is that the room could have used a bath mat as the bathroom floor can get a bit slippy. However it really isn’t a massive issue.
