Pros:

Agradable hotel con portón exterior de seguridad. a lo largo de una larga calle interior el alojamiento cuenta con módulos bajos, con habitaciones amplias y luminosas con ventana a la calle interior. cama cómoda, sábanas blancas muy suaves. kitchinete.

Pros:

Excellent choice for a one night stay before a flight back from Atacama. Conveniently close (15 min) to the airport. Nice room, nice bar, nice restaurant. They even provided packed breakfast to go as we were leaving before the breakfast was open.

Muy mala experiencia!

Llego al hotel a las 17hrs aprox.
1)No habia luz, nadie me aviso tuve que llegar a la habitacion empezar a preguntar que pasaba sin tener solucion.
2)Al dia siguiente despues de haber estado todo el dia sin energia, no tuve agua caliente y lo mismo el personal sabiendo los problemas no eran capaz de avisar.
3)Como iba para el segundo dia sin energia y agua, solicito el reembolso de la noche pendiente si no consulto o solicito no son capaz de buscar una solucion o alternativas, lo unico que destaco la sra de recepcion gue la unica que estuve siempre antenta a gestionarme un devolución y las discupas por lo ucurrido .
La verdad que esperaba más del desayuno, como habian comentarios que era fabuloso " de fabuloso no tenía nada" solo disponible pan de molde, para la cantidad de personas en el restaurant al momento del desayuno solo había un termo de 1.5 lts, nunca había agua disponible.
En General pésimo servicio del hotel considerando su valor y como ellos mismo tienen en su descripción "hotel de categoría" no lo recomiendo!

Falta de mantención del generador

La atención y buena disposición

Cons:

Se cortó la luz por un probelma de un transformador de la empresa distribuidora de electricidad, lamentablemente el generador a utlizar en caso de emregencias estaba malo, asi que estuve toda la estadía sin luz y sin opción de ducharme con agua caliente y de poder cargar celular y laptop

Attention aux coupures d'électricité
Pros:

Le buffet

Cons:

Pas d'électricité à partir de 20h00, pas d'eau chaude, pas de lumière, pas de WIFI, pas de possibilité de charger les téléphones.
L'établissement semble habitué à cette situation. Pour nous, ça a été compliqué.
