Das áreas do restaurante e dos colaboradores deste local. Foram extremamente acolhedores e gentis durante jantar, café da manhã e no relax do jardim externo do restaurante. Gostoso demais os ambientes externos.

Cons:

Do banheiro com cortina e banheira. Não tem como não molhar o piso. É ruim demais tomar banho dentro de uma banheira.

Também não gostei da forma ríspida que a recepcionista da manhã (8:00/8:30) trata as pessoas. Um absurdo solicitar um checkout com 4 horas após o limite do hotel que é às 12:00 h e quererem me cobrar uma outra diária completa. E o hotel não estava cheio. Visivelmente tranquilo e com hóspedes focados em trabalho e não ao turismo. Até porque Calama não é uma cidade para turistas.

A sorte que ao fazer meu checkout tinha outras duas pessoas que foram gentis e pude estender minha saída pagando um valor pelo período.

Diferente do que se vê em outras cidades do Chile, muitos andantes, mendigos, moradores de rua em Calama. Não dá pra sentir segurança.

Un lugar muy acogedor y bien ubicado.
Pros:

EL restaurante es de muy buena calidad y todo estaba bien preparado, limpio y sabroso. El personal nos atendió muy bien con muy buena disposición y amables en todo momento.

Cons:

Pasé un poco de frío la primera noche me faltó una calefacción con mayor alcance o potencia. Pero en general todo estuvo muy bien.

Great hotel for a night in Calama if you have an early flight the next morning. Very comfortable bed.
The restaurant is great for dinner as well as the included breakfast before your flight. We were also given a welcome drink voucher for the restaurant which was a nice surprise.

10-15 minute Uber to the airport.

La limpieza, la comodidad, muy seguro. Desayuno y cena 10/10. La barra excelente

Cons:

Recepcionista poco informativa. Se bloquean las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación después de varios días y uno se queda afuera de la habitación.
