Falta de tomadas no quarto. O check-in foi péssimo, demorado, funcionários mal humorados. Confusão com o pagamento. Cobraram o cartão, quando chegamos cobraram novamente em efetivo e falaram que a cobrança no booking era um seguro e que devolveriam no checkout, o que de fato aconteceu, mas depois que eu pedi uma solução. O atendente não estava conseguindo resolver porque no dia que chegamos, cancelaram nossa reserva na plataforma como no show, quando na verdade já estávamos instalados no quarto. Enfim, muita confusão. No café da manhã fomos muito mal atendidos. Não recomendo.

Cons:

No proporcionaron el ticket de trago de bienvenida. Me mandaron a una habitación sin frigobar. Pero resultó aer que tenía frigobar pero lo supe cuando me cambié. Pero los empleados no sabían. En ña comida adquirí un virus que mandó con diarrea a mi y señora por tres días a la clínica así que no voy más

Como siempre la ubicación y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Que el restaurant este cerrado y el desayuno o cena lo sirvan en terraza aún en días con mucho frío.
Al menos debiesen indicar que están en reparación para evaluar la estadia.
