le personnel est sympathique
c'est très propre
la pression de la douche était très bonne et première fois de ma vie que j'ai un sèche cheveux qui sèche vraiment
la clim marche bien

Cons:

Je prends spécifiquement un appart hôtel pour faire des économies sur les restaurants hors il est impossible de cuisiner ou de manger, il n'y a aucun matériel -ni poêle, ni plat, ni essoreuse pour faire des pâtes. Il n'y a ni table ni chaise pour s'installer pour manger ( pour un appart hôtel c'est le comble) ça ne m'a pas dérangé car je suis grande mais tout est situé en hauteur...
je n'ai pas dormi une seule nuit on entend absolument tout j'entendais même la conversation des voisins et le quartier est très bruyant
côté télé le cast se déconnecte toutes les 15 mn et la télécommande on comprend rien j'ai enfin trouvé comment augmenter le son avec un tuto internet
les ascenseurs sont minuscules et quand on a marché toute la journée les escaliers pour accèder au ascenseur on les maudit

Pros:

Konumu harikaydı otelden çıkar çıkmaz kendinizi madridin en işlek caddelerinden birinde buluyorsunuz. Turistik olan her yere yürüme mesafesinde ama metroya bnmek isterseniz de 2 dk uzaklıkta bile değil. Odalar tertemiz çalısanlar çok yardımcıydı. Teşekkür ederiz bu deneyim için

A happy stay.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet but was also a central location within walking distance of the three principle art galleries and botanical gardens. The fridge was handy.

Cons:

It was an apart hotel. Although we did not use the cooking facilities, if we had wanted to they would not have been adequate.

la posizione anche se non era in centro la zona è animata, pulita e ben servita , la camera è grande e spaziosa

Pros:

El apartamento era muy cómodo, contaba con buen espacio para estar y tenía todo lo necesario para poder calentar comida y sentarse a comer.
Atenciones como agua y café eran un plus.
La limpieza correcta y la atención del personal muy buena.
