The rooms are very spacious and clean. They are very comfortable.

Cons:

Your should look into a restaurant. I'm surprised that you don't have one.

Comfortable room but poorly maintained bedside electrical & USB ports caused frustration.
Pros:

Good location, decent breakfast offering. Hot tub and pool were good.

Cons:

Outlets in the room were in extremely poor condition; cords fell out of the bedside outlets and USB ports were dilapidated to the point of not being able to be used

Convenient location and pleasant stay
Pros:

Comfortable beds , good gym and breakfast helpful staff .

Cons:

There were a few small things in our room that didn’t work like the charging ports on the bedside clock, a lamp and the fridge wasn’t able to get very cold .

Way below expectations for the price. Could possibly get better value for money elsewhere.
Pros:

The linen, bathrooms and floor were unclean and smelly,,especially the carpet,
Breakfast was below expectations and felt unusual eating in a small paper plate.
No variety in terms or meal choices. The serving is small and quite crowded.

Cons:

Hotel is advertised online as 4 star, but clearly it’s not!!
