I don’t think I would stay in an eco hotel again if hot water is the trade off.

The room that we got on our 2nd day had really high ceilings. The staff was very attentive.

Pros:

The courtyard is very charming. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent. There is a nice table to sit at outside by the room. The staff were responsive and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was very very small. A light shone through the window all night. I felt that for the size of the room there are better options available at a comparable price.

Sehr gute Lage, top Frühstück! Sehr schönes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss!

Cons:

Toilette hat leider ein bisschen gerochen und das Wasser in der Dusche war leider kalt bzw. musste man es sehr lange laufen lassen, damit es warm wird.

The beds weren’t so comfortable and. because our room was close to the street it was a bit noisy with traffic.

Cons:

Honestamente para pagar más de $100 por noche en este establecimiento pensarías que la habitación y el hotel se encuentra en óptimas condiciones, no? Bueno la verdad en el cuarto había muuucho calor, las tuberías del lava manos apestaban, había una cubeta en el área de la ducha. No hacen limpieza todos los días, un día si un día no. No hay tanta privacidad porque la ventanita tenía unas cortinas demasiado delgadas que seguro se veía desde afuera un poco la habitación, y por último una chica que estaba creo que en recepción no fue nada amable.

Exceeded expectations, best deal in Oaxaca center.
Pros:

The room was huge with refrigerator and stove top. It was the size of a large studio apartment. It was very clean. The price was low compared to others in same location. Parked my rental car down the street.

Cons:

Room felt a little humid at night, room does have a.c. not sure if I had the right settings.
