Super hotel in the middle of the historic centre, amazingly friendly staff
Pros:

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They stored our bags for us whilst we were on a 2-day Machu Picchu tour, nothing was too much trouble. Kiki the llama was an extra bonus 😊

La localización del hotel está bien, cerca del centro. Te permite ir caminando a cualquier sitio. El personal amable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, imposible descansar. Además, hace mucho frío por la noche. No había jabón en el baño. Aunque pedimos que nos repusiesen, no lo hicieron.
Si no vas temprano, el desayuno se termina y no hay mucha reposicion, por lo que terminas comiendo lo poco que queda.

Off the busy street, boutique hotel!
Pros:

Very unique hotel, that looked like an old hacienda that was converted into a small hotel. Cozy interior piazza area past the lobby, where even live music would be performed some nights. Also the outdoor residence of their friendly in-house alpaca named Kiki!
Only drawback for us was the layout was kind of weird: specifically for our room, 114. You had to venture the dining area and bar to get to your room. And it was a bit noisy because we were under some stairs.
But that being said, the on-site restaurant was a major plus. And I would highly recommend adding on the breakfast. It had good variety, and an excellent staff!

Come for the sleep, stay for the breakfast

Our experience here was great. Their breakfast is phenomenal and the breakfast servers are top notch. Attentive, personable and funny. Hotel was clean, quite, conveniently located and showers had hot water!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Cusco with an alpaca to greet you
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the heart of Cusco. Great ambience and the best hotel breakfast we have had. Kiki the alpaca was a hit for the kids. we are looking forward to coming back again soon.

A wonderful stay in Cusco and felt thoroughly relaxing!
Pros:

Located very close to the main square, great restaurants in walking distance
Excellent breakfast in a very nice ambiance
The interior courtyard is a lovely place to relax during the day
The rooms were clean, well furnished and nice to haves like water, towel hooks etc were all there
