Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Kiki the Alpaca is def a highlight.
Rooms were nice and clean just very hot.
Breakfast in the hotel is amazing! Lunchbox for early check outs could be better (toast sandwich, apple, small juice)

De tudo! A Kiki é a grande mascota do Hotel, mas além disso, toda a equipa é extremamente amável e atenciosa às necessidades dos hóspedes! Super recomendo que façam pelo menos uma refeição no restaurante que é divino! Pequeno-almoço de luxo!

Pros:

Really nice atmosphere, so nice staff, nice lama and really great cooking class which was free and we learned to make Pisco Sour drinks. We can recommend you to stay here.

A little noisy as our room was towards a small street but nothing which could ruin the great place.

Super recomendable en todo sentido
Pros:

el desayuno es expectacular, el personal siempre al detall. No pudimos hacer el curso de ceviche porque no nos dio el tiempo con las actividades que teniamos reservadas, pero eso y la mascota kiki (alpaca) son un atractivo hermoso del hotel. otro punto a destacar es que como muchos dias no pudimos desayunar ahi porque saliamos muy temprano a los pasesos, nos preparaban un bolsa con snaks para que nos llevemos al paseo. tremendo detalle. la ubicacion genial! todo perfecto!

Not a hotel

Location if fine I guess

Cons:

This is NOT a hotel.
That's colonial era house turned into a motel. Walls are paper-thin; you can hear everything. 90% of the windows are facing inner courtyard. First floor rooms are absolute hell on earth.
Everybody leaves at like 4-5am to Maccu Picchu, and you can hear everybody.
For absolutely unknown reason, this motel decided its a good idea to blast high-bass pop music from a huge speaker in a courtyard every evening (which they call "live music").
Imagine leaving at 4am, returning at like 6pm, only to get blasted with high-volume speakers until like 9pm.
And yes -- you can hear it with two doors closed to a point it resonates in a glass of water.
We never fled a motel so fast.
Don't make $500 mistake like we did, there are a lot of nice hotels in Cusco.

Great hotel in a central location
Pros:

We loved our stay. This is probably the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. From the breakfast crew to reception, everyone went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our time in Cusco. We even took the weaving and Ceviche classes which we thoroughly enjoyed. We all loved Kiki, the alpaca, and bonded with her. This is also a great walk to location. I highly recommend.
