Very comfortable hotel in a great location close to Place Stanislaus and an easy tram ride to the station. Beautiful building with very pretty breakfast room and a great buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Nice location, but our overall experience was disappointing due to unresolved issues.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the room was clean, and some of the reception staff were friendly and polite.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work throughout our stay. Although we reported it several times, the problem was not resolved. We were first given a small fan, and only on the last day was a larger fan provided. We were also offered a room change on our final night, which was too late to be useful. In addition, when we returned to our room, we found the door had been left unlocked after the fan was delivered, which was a serious security concern.
