Pas Top :ascenceur en panne ,montée par les escaliers jusqu'au 6e étage avec une forte chaleur .

Disappointing experience and lack of transparency
Pros:

Overall negative experience.
At check-in, we were required to pay for the rooms upfront, and only afterward were we informed that our assigned room was on the 6th floor with an out-of-order elevator. We therefore requested to be moved to a lower floor.
The room we were given was completely different from the pictures online: extremely small, with dated furnishings, and poorly cleaned. The bathroom lacked a proper shower, featuring only a bathtub with a visibly dirty shower curtain. The carpet also looked quite unhygienic.
The space was so small that it was difficult even to walk between the bed and the wall. When we entered the room for the first time, we found trash on the floor, including a used earplug.
Furthermore, the elevator remained broken for our entire stay. Given the exceptionally hot weather during those days, this made moving around the hotel particularly uncomfortable.
Ultimately, neither the room nor the service matched the advertised photos, nor did they meet basic expectations for comfort and transparency.

Klimatizace, pokojíček malý, ale dostačující.

Cons:

Rozbitý výtah po celou dobu pobytu (5dní). Bydleli jsme v 6. patře.

Pros:

Bien , situado en una zona muy tranquila, con zonas para desayunar .
La limpieza de las habitaciones y las instalaciones aunque el hotel tienes sus años estaba todo muy cuidado.
La habitación amplia era una triple y valoro mucho las camas individuales muy cómodas.
Fuimos con una ola de calor donde superamos los 37 grados y el aire acondicionado nos salvó el poder dormir plácidamente.

Nos dieron la habitación en la 5 planta y aunque el hotel tiene ascensor durante los 4 días que duro nuestra estancia permaneció estropeado

Pros:

Balcones-terraza en dormitorio y baño. Habitación en piso alto. Buena ubicación y bien comunicado. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

El ascensor solamente funcionó el primer día. Parece que por el excesivo calor. No conseguían arreglarlo. Entiendo que no hay culpables pero con nuestras mayores edades, subir y bajar 5 pisos se nos hizo duro

Pros:

Un hotel lindo, con todas las comodidades para ser de tres estrellas. impecable la limpieza y muy bien ubicado. Para destacar la amabilidad del personal. Absolutamente recomendable

Cons:

El único problema fue que se rompió un par de veces el ascensor y hubo que subir tres pisos por escaleras y con valijas se complica

Klimatyzacja dawała radę nawet w rekordowe temperatury 20-23.06.2026, było po 36-38 st. Super personel, skromnie ale bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane i wymiana ręczników. Śniadanie skromne ale smacznie. Super lokalizacja, obok metro 10 i 7, Panteon, Notre Dame i podwórko Emily w Paryżu. Osobiście polecam. Uwaga! Nie jest to nowy hotel****", jest skromnie, czysto i miło. Klimatyzacja, sejf, lodówka, TV.

Cons:

Awaria windy, ale 3 piętro na spokojnie.
