Nice central hotel on Kep beach
Pros:

Nice hotel right on the main Kep beach. Good size rooms, including with 3 bed. Good staff service, nice coffee in the morning. Parking around the back

Cons:

Swimming pool area quite small, quite a lot of steps could be difficult for some people.

Front of the sea.

No lift, had to climbed all the way from the road. No bell boys to help.room facilities are not consistent.

Cons:

Encore et toujours la même remarque les équipements qui ne sont pas entretenus comme ils devraient notamment les salons de jardin, les parasols troués , inadmissible des raccords de Piscine, à revoir des carreaux manquants dans la mosaïque….

It was ok, but not what we expected from other reviews.
Pros:

Pool overlooking the beach.
Breakfast was good
Location is convenient

Cons:

The food was not great. We ordered baby octopus, too chewy and not tasty at all. Fish and chips,….not really the battered fish you are thinking of-the name is misleading.
Pool is small and only 4 beds.
The A/C didn’t work in both rooms. We asked for help, the maintenance person came, looked and never came back.
The rooms smell of mold, it was stifling,

Pros:

Из плюсов - близость к морю, реально через дорогу, чистый бассейн, и хороший персонал, который старается сгладить минусы отеля и старается решить проблемы

Cons:

комнаты подуставшие, снаружи отель красивый и чистый, а внутри комнаты уже заезженные, ремонт, хотя бы косметический им бы не помешал, ванная комната вообще старенькая, душевые краны разболтаны и чувствуется запах плесени, входные двери до конца не открываются, потому что сама дверь покосилась, завтрак так себе, выбор очень слабенький и кофе растворимый, есть кофе машина, но там кофе за отдельную плату. В общем, на троечку по пятибалльной пойдёт.

It was ok for a short stay but I would not go back.
Pros:

On paper it was lovely, looked great with fantastic views. The staff were lovely, helpful & friendly.

Cons:

The place was incredibly tired & in need of a good clean. The beach in front was disappointing & not clean either.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très succinct, chambre à refaire , porte d'entrée ajourée, porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas, pas de sèche cheveux, murs a repeindre
