Nice staff, wonderful view over harbour and it was clean.

Cons:

The hotel is 50 years back in time. Not maintained well. Breakfast is not good - could be much more fresh and healthy. Some lamps was broken in the room. The hotel have a great potential but you need to update and make sure whatever you have is well maintained.

Improved once we’d resolved the first night, but disappointing given the price.
Pros:

Amazing location, very nice views from the few rooms offering a sea view, nice terrace on the roof. Most staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Good air conditioning units in the heat, shame the cleaners kept turning them off though in the middle of the day so it was baking again when you get back from your day out. Bustle of the streets makes a good atmosphere into the night and plenty to do nearby.

Cons:

Owner seemed disinterested in the concerns we had about the first room we were put in. Photo was very misleading on Booking.com and no way in hell was it worth 1300 euros for 9 nights! A second member of staff was very amenable and helped us get into a different room, despite the owner’s best efforts to stop this, but they still made me pay for the upgraded room which I was not happy to do, however given a 16 hour travel day and it being late in the evening I paid to sort it out and make the problem go away. My partner and I did not need the stress. Avoid room 15! Room 18 and 11 were much nicer, shame they have to be so much more expensive it’s clear where the investment is going. Shower drains had hair in and curtains didn’t work to keep the water in, one shower scolded us every now and then for no reason as well. Poor breakfast as well as only open for 2 hours and the poor spread on offer seemed to dry up quickly. It’s a shame as it wasn’t an unpleasant place to be there were just so many little things that add up it gives you a negative impression!

Mi é piaciuta molto la posizione. Vicino al centro e ai vari negozi con la possibilità di raggiungere in poco tempo molti luoghi da visitare. Staff molto gentile e alla mano

Cons:

La stanza era veramente molto piccola per il prezzo pagato. Neanche una terrazza,al massimo una finestra che si apriva anche male e che si affacciava sul palazzo accanto una vista molto deludente. La doccia emetteva la temperatura dell'acqua che gli pareva e l'ultima sera solo fredda( una strana coincidenza).La colazione noiosa sempre le stesse cose,per chi mangia salato rischia dopo due giorni di non fare direttamente colazione. Per me la struttura non merita tre stelle.
