Gutes Hotel mit Meerblick
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang. Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Lokale.
Wir waren 1x Abendessen und 2x früchstücken, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Zum Abendessen: Nach dem Abräumen des Abendessens kam über 25 min kein Personal. Totale Ignoranz, kein Kaffee, kein Dessert. Eigentlich müsste dem Restaurant etwas daran liegen, weiter zu servieren für zufriedene Kunden.

Zum Frühstück: Bezahlen mussten wir vor dem Frühstück. Später stellten wir fest, dass das Personal ungefragt Trinkgeld einbehält und am nächsten Tag sich bei Nachfrage unwissend stellt.

Jacuzzi: Nach dem Wandern war der Wunsch nach einem entspannenden Bad im Jacuzzi. Es war am Boden unrein und überhaupt das ganze Ambiente sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ein wenig Licht und Farbe würde noch viel verbessern.

Pros:

​Die Lage der Anlage ist wirklich hervorragend – ruhig, abgelegen und sehr nah am Meer. Leider täuscht das nicht darüber hinweg, dass das Hotel sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend modernisiert werden müsste.
​Unsere explizite Bitte bei der Reservierung nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt. Man wies uns Zimmer 202 direkt am Treppenhaus zu. Aufgrund einer völlig verzogenen Tür war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig: Jedes Wort vom Flur und jedes Geräusch des Aufzugs war ungefiltert zu hören. Das Badezimmer war zwar, wie das restliche Zimmer, angenehm geräumig, allerdings gab es hier einen permanenten, unangenehmen Abwassergeruch. Auch die Küchenausstattung enttäuschte, da sie für eine echte Selbstverpflegung bei weitem nicht ausreicht.
​Besonders enttäuscht hat uns der Umgang mit dem Frühstück. Da das Hotel laut Buchungsportalen komplett belegt schien, ist es unverständlich, warum das groß beworbene Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen ohne Vorwarnung gestrichen wurde. Das alternative À-la-carte-Frühstück wurde uns dann stattdessen zum vollen Buffetpreis berechnet – ein sehr unglückliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
​Fazit:
Unter dem Strich war der Aufenthalt für uns eine Enttäuschung. Das Hotel kann leider nicht mit den ansonsten durchweg positiven Eindrücken auf den Azoren mithalten. Schade, hier wird viel Potenzial verschenkt.

Sem dúvida um hotel a regressar.
Pros:

Situado numa zona muito tranquila e verde, podendo se deslocar a pé para a praia e para a zona dos pescadores. Staff do hotel muito acolhedor e simpático, e disponível para ajudar foi sem dúvida uma mais valia!
