Cons:

personál v restauraci mi dvakrát stahnul o penize, jednou mi naúčtoval 10.5 euro misto 4,5 uvedených v menu, podruhé mi opakovaně a umyslně chybně vrátil hotovost, misto 20 eurovly mi dal 5 euro

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le confort des lits, la piscine extérieure et la vue mer de notre chambre.

Cons:

La vitre du balcon toujours opaque ce qui nécessitait que l on sorte pour profiter de la vue.
Le fait que les lits ne soient pas toujours fait parfaitement à notre retour dans la chambre le soir.
L absence de nécessaire de cuisine minimum (sel, poivre, huile cuisson).
L état du jacuzzi qui n a pas permis que l on en profite le temps de notre séjour.

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr ruhigen Ort mit Sicht zum Meer. Man kann wundervoll entspannen und den Pool genießen. Für ein bisschen sportliche Betätigung gibt es auch ein kleines Gym.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag leider schon um 8:30 so gut wie leer und wurde erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Die Tische wurden trotz wenig Besuch nicht aufgeräumt und wurden erst sehr spät beachtet. Das wirkt leider nicht so einladend. Hier könnte man an der Organisation arbeiten.

To begin with, it’s a very outdated property. Not to mention it is advertised as a four star property, however, the pictures on booking.com do not at all resemble the amenities at the hotel. I regret to mention that it is completely false marketing. Lastly, it was not very clean - we had a strong smell of humidity and we had a cockroach in our bathroom.

No entanto, a melhor primeira impressão que podíamos ter teve um nome: João. O seu profissionalismo no check-in foi exemplar, conduzindo o processo com uma leveza, educação e simpatia extraordinárias. Pros:

Неймовірно гарний готель.
Краєвид із тераси це найцінніше!
Номер чистий, є все необхідне для життя, і можна приготувати їжу (але майте на увазі немає солі, олії). Є праска і дошка, шафа, постіль, посуд, ванна навіть не душ.
Басейн, газон , обслуговування - все 👌🏻.
Розташування теж гарне, але треба мати автівку (на Азорах без неї ніяк взагалі).
Паркомісце входить у вартість номеру.
На терасі є 2 лежака, також є біля басейну окремо.
Вся територія готелю чиста та доглянута, тиша, спокій !!! Є пляж поряд але до нього 10 хвилин пішки або 5 хвилин на авто .
Мені все дуууже сподобалось!!!!
Завітаю ще раз!
Дякую всім працівникам ❤️!!!

Але невеличке прохання до готелю: чи можна додати у номери сіль та олію для приготування їжі.
