Good hotel choice in Porto
Pros:

Location of the hotel was perfect for getting around Porto. Central but away from the crowds and you could get to most of the sights on foot.
The reception area only has a small lobby, but the staff on reception were friendly and very helpful.
Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and comfortable.
and we enjoyed having breakfast (minimal but adequate) on the top floor with a view over the city.
Good Italian ice cream parlour across the road!
Overall a reasonably priced city hotel and we enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Goed verblijf en een heerlijk bed

De locatie en het vriendelijke persoon, en het was er prettig en schoon

Cons:

Geen bijzonderheden , misschien een tip ik slaap graag onder een eigen deken en niet samen onder een deken met mijn vrouw.

The staff provided exceptional service, and the location was truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. We experienced a minor issue with our room, and as a gesture of goodwill, they graciously upgraded us to a superior room, which included a complimentary mini-bar and cocktails at the rooftop bar. It is difficult to adequately express the kindness and politeness exhibited by the staff.

dobry wybór na zwiedzanie Porto
Pros:

Hotel b.dobrze położony, wszędzie można dotrzeć na piechotę, w pobliżu dużo restauracji i kawiarni. Tuż przy hotelu kawiarnia ze śniadaniami. Personel profesjonalny, pomocny. Hotel dysponuje tarasem na dachu, bar do 22.00 później można
korzystać bez dostępu do baru ( ładny widok na nocne Porto ).
Hotel dysponuje parkingiem zadaszonym tak na oko na 20 samochodów, nam udało się bez problemu uzyskać miejsce, w cenie 17euro/dzień.

Cons:

Hotel ma swoje lata, ale trzyma poziom.
Trochę kiepskiej jakości poduszki ( wypełnienie z gąbki )

Pros:

El trato con el personal es excelente. Tuvimos un problema con nuestras puerta de la habitación y nos lo solucionaron al instante (y nos invitaron a una consumición en la terraza por las molestias). Hotel limpio y con todo lo necesario para para buena estancia

Cons:

El parking está fuera y es un local ajeno y en otra calle. No obstante, no tuvimos problema. La ubicación no es mala (tienes que andar 10-15 min al centro) pero por las noches no hay mucha gente y tienes que tener cuidado.

Overated hotel that did not meet our expectations
Pros:

Location was quite good. Hotel room was adequate and breakfast was only fair.

Cons:

The hotel was promoted as four star plus but would be lucky to be three stars. The first thing you notice is the main building sign for the hotel is missing leaving a blackened ghosted name. No idea why this hasn't been fixed. The hotel was not maintained as well as it should be. Needs sprucing up
