Hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado, con restaurantes cerca y con el autobus turustico en la misma manzana. El personal encantador, tanto en recepción como en la cafeteria. Ofrecen un buffet de pasteleria por la tarde que puedes disfrutar en la azotea del edificio. El desayuno era variado y completo.

Cons:

La descoordinación del servicio de habitaciones. Uno de los dias nos habian hecho la habitación por la mañana y por la tarde una camarera de piso entró en nuestra habitación estando nosotros dentro. La llave que cierra la puerta por dentro no funcionaba. Al decirle que no tenia que limpiar la habitación, respondió enfadada quejándose de que no habíamos puesto la tarjeta de "No molesten" en el pomo de la puerta.¿,Teniamos que haberlo hecho o ella tendría que haber sabido que la habitación ya estaba limpia?

Pros:

That the staff accommodated my request for separate beds, which were comfortable. The smell when entering the hotel - loved it!. The terrace and it's lovely view. The friendly staff.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like, because the terrace was lovely, but the terrace furniture could do with a nice wipe down and the cushions cleaned. And not having lighting when going to the lift from the terrace.
