Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr gibt es im Restaurant eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Netter Service. Die Getränke muss man bezahlen.

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer und die Wasserhähne sind etwas kurz, sodass viel Wasser am Waschbecken vorbeiläuft

Świetny hotel, idealna lokalizacja i cudowna obsługa!
Pros:

Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia! Od samego początku byliśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni zarówno standardem hotelu, jak i przede wszystkim niezwykle przyjazną i pomocną obsługą. Ponieważ przylecieliśmy do Porto rano, jeszcze przed zameldowaniem bez najmniejszego problemu mogliśmy zostawić w hotelu nasze plecaki. Panie na recepcji były przesympatyczne, uśmiechnięte i bardzo pomocne, od razu poczuliśmy się mile widziani.

Nasz pokój był bardzo ładny, wygodny i przede wszystkim idealnie czysty. Wszystko było zadbane i przygotowane z dużą dbałością o szczegóły. Bardzo dobrze się w nim wypoczywało po całym dniu zwiedzania.

Śniadania również zasługują na pochwałę, bardzo smaczne, świeże i z dobrym wyborem produktów. To był naprawdę przyjemny początek każdego dnia.

Największym atutem hotelu jest jednak jego lokalizacja. Z hotelu można bez problemu dotrzeć pieszo do wielu najpiękniejszych i najciekawszych miejsc w Porto. Jeśli ktoś nie ma ochoty spacerować, również nie stanowi to problemu, przystanki autobusowe znajdują się praktycznie pod samym hotelem, dzięki czemu można łatwo dostać się w inne części miasta.

Ogromnym plusem jest także taras na dachu hotelu, z którego rozciąga się przepiękny widok na Porto. To świetne miejsce, żeby wieczorem odpocząć i nacieszyć się atmosferą miasta.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, jest czysty i komfortowy, śniadania są smaczne, a obsługa naprawdę wyjątkowo miła. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tutaj ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty w Porto. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Struttura moderna e di qualità
Pros:

Posizione strategica per la visita della città, gusto e ottima pulizia degli ambienti, colazione variegata e di qualità, sistemazione delle stanze giornaliera

Cons:

Poco attenzione all'arrivo circa la prenotazione effettuata, il receptionist ha scordato che la colazione fosse inclusa (problema sistemato subito, appena fatto notare).

Pros:

Posizione ottimale, si scende subito verso il centro città oppure si esce lateralmente per rimanere nella parte alta del ponte. Diversi locali nelle vicinanze. Parking cittadino vicino e a prezzo ragionevole. Vicino anche alla partenza dei pulmann turistici del giro città. Ottima la colazione.

It was ok. The location makes up for other things.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Right at the center and close to everything.
The staffs were great.

Cons:

Outdated. Very old pillows that makes sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Also very raggedy towels.
Breakfast is the same exact thing every day.

Don’t go, spend more money it is better

I liked the bathroom and the room, i slept well until they woke me up at 5h52 doing work with a hammer

Cons:

Everything else, than the room, the breakfast is uneatable, the orange Juice is not fresh but from a supermarket, the Nutella is not Nutella, the bread, either there is no bread, either it is aweful.

The reception is not as glamourous as i was expecting, and the outside wall of the hotel, is in a bad condition, it doesn’t even say the name of the hotel.

It is not a 4 stars hotel, it doesn’t deserve it at all, maybe 2 or 3 for the room but that’s it.

I am right now in a hotel without stars but deserve 4 stars so trust me, hotel porto downtown, is the worse
