Beautiful hotel and the grounds and views are beyond stunning and very well maintained. The pool was a really lovely temperature. The cafe is really helpful and the rooms were clean, cool and nice.
Would highly recommend for families with children and people wanting a relaxed pool experience in Taormina.
You have to be prepared for the steps, if you like to go out to eat and get dressed up, be aware to get to Taormina in summer can be hot and sweaty, we found ourselves staying at the hotel more than we usually would because we didn't want to get up the stairs in 40 degree heat multiple times a day. This wouldn't be an issue outside of July and August.
Would prefer to have the ability to flush paper as a lady (given elsewhere in Sicily this wasn't a problem). Equally, having to clear and separate all rubbish didn't feel like a pleasant part of our stay but is maybe part of the residence being more like a rental than a hotel.
Perhaps the residence could add more loungers or umbrellas as there were some people getting up early to reserve them.
Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to update the photos of the garden view apartments, as they show the photos for the sea view room. We booked when no sea view rooms were available so were not aware our views wouldn't be as pictured, however I have to say this was relatively minor as the views from the hotel are more than stunning.

I couldn’t fault a thing! The staff, atmosphere, breakfast, facilities, the view & the pool were stunning. They couldn’t do enough for you. An absolute gem! 🩷

The room was very spacious, with everything we needed, the outside space was just perfect including your own little terrace, and the pool area had magnificent views. The pool bar was also very handy and the prices were very reasonable with a good selection, the pool man was also especially friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with a short walk down to the beach and cable cars (taking you to and from the town), we also chose to walk to and from the town on top which was also a manageable walk. Would definitely recommend this place as it’s peaceful, relaxing and when I looked to book although I was booking last minute I struggled to find an accommodation with a pool, so was very happy to find this place, and it was everything we could have asked for!!! The atmosphere of Taormina is amazing too, you will never get bored and there are an abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from :)

Excellent views and location, calm and peaceful, generally helpful friendly staff.
Poor kitchen facilities/ equipment. Cost for everything- pool towels, sheets etc. Not able to do your own laundry €20 cost per load. Sun loungers blocked by guests and not used. Pool shut at 630. Pool and terrace hired out to a wedding for the day and night - notified 2 weeks before our stay so not able to use this area
La vue, le côté très italien de la résidence, la petite piscine (car tout est loin à pied y compris la mer). Personnel plutôt gentil.
Pas de ménage durant les 3 jours!!! la poubelle était archi pleine en partant, les serviettes de la piscine sont payantes (5€ par personne! pour 2 heures ) mais j’étais tellement estomaquée que le monsieur de l’accueil en partant ne me les a gentiment pas fait payer, mais tenez-en compte!); on est un peu loin de tout à pied car situés sur la colline, 15 minutes pour descendre au bord de mer et 20 mn pour monter en centre ville par des escaliers assez rudes.
Par ailleurs, les réponses via Booking sont un peu automatisées et impossible de savoir jusqu’au dernier moment si j’allais avoir un parking dans la résidence, on m’avait donné le prix mais jamais confirmé que c’était OK malgré 3 relances de ma part. Finalement, il n’y a pas eu de problème, mais j’ai stressé car ce n’est pas un endroit où on peut se garer dans les rues!
Sehr schöne Lage innerhalb einer Art von botanischen Garten. Gepflegte Anlage, Wahnsinnsausblick von der Apartment-Terasse und von der Frühstücksterasse.
Gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl.
Sauberer großer Pool.
Schöner öffentlicher Strandbereich in etwa 10-15 min Gehweite (Achtung viele Stufen).
Selbiges um in die Stadt raufzukommen (aber so ist Taormina halt aufgebaut).
Der grenzwertig kaputte Duschkopf, den man nicht herunternehmen kann.
