Séjour en plein coeur de Firenze
Pros:

Endroit incroyable. Bel emplacement, calme, j'ai eu la chance de partager mes deux chambres avec que des femmes respectueuses. Mon sommeil a été bon et pas perturbé comme c'est souvent le cas en auberge. Le personnel de ménage est adorable et efficace et le responsable est très arrangeant. Mon séjour était parfait, je reviendrai!

Scam of a hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I have been in a lot of stays through booking over the past 10 years. This must be the most criminal service I have received so far.

When booking it said “bed in dorm”, after confirming it was only until the confirmation email that is said “female”. Everything else was fully booked. I called with them 5 minutes after that confirmation, agreeing that I could not stay there. My booking was for 2 nights €120 in total.

So I asked whether it was possible to get a refund (or even partial). But they said I had to go to booking for that request. I did, only to hear from booking that the hotel does not do refunds. So booking pointed to the hotel again.

I tried emailing the hotel, calling and I even went by the reception (obscure place with no one there). In sum, they are impossible to reach.

They just take your money in a criminal way: €120. I hope someone from booking reads this as well. This should not be able to use such entrusted platform.

Satisfeita com a acomodação.
Pros:

A localização é ótima. Fiquei em um quarto com 2 beliches (4 meninas). Achei ótimo que no quarto tinha banheiro privativo, e o chuveiro é separado do banheiro. Então, tinha um fluxo legal sem ficar esperando para usar o banheiro enquanto alguém estava tomando banho.

Cons:

A chave da porta é um pouco difícil de manusear e faz barulho, mas logo peguei o jeito e ficou prático entrar e sair (isso não era exclusivo do quarto que eu estava porque eu via as outras pessoas tentando abrir e fechar a porta). O Hostel fica em uma avenida movimentada com um hostel ao lado que promove eventos, então fica barulho até um pouco mais de 23h da noite. Fora esses detalhes para mim que fiquei 4 noites, foi tudo tranquilo.
