Amazing experience love to be there again
Pros:

The location is perfect, the room size was really good, the beds were comfy, the bathroom and shower was in the room always clean.

Cons:

That we didn’t meet any of the staff, it was all automated

El trato de las personas que hacen la limpieza muy amable y atenta, me apoyo en todo momento, muy buena ubicación, comida y accesos a las atracciones bastante cerca así como de la estación.
La instalación está muy bien.

Cons:

Coloque mi hora de llegada,me tocó esperar como 20 min, hasta que la señora de la limpieza me dió entrada, ya que no está el responsable llegando lo único que hizo fue cobrarme el impuesto sin explicación de los servicios y bastante grosero fue lo único por lo que no le doy en excelente !

One of the guests in the room seemed very uncomfortable with me sitting on the lower bunk. I explained to her that my bed was the upper bunk and that I was only sitting on the edge of the lower bed, near the stairs, for a little while. I was also using the power outlet there to charge my small fan. At that time, no one had checked in or was using that bed yet.

However, she apparently said something to the host, and he then called me as if I had mistaken someone else’s bed for mine, even though I had already been staying there for three days.

After I explained the situation, he said it was fine. I just feel that it would have been better if he had asked me what had happened first before assuming there was an issue.

Hotel Paola, Floransa'yı gezmek için uygun bir konumda, tren istasyonuna oldukça yakın. Oda temiz ve konforluydu. Binada asansör bulunması bavulla seyahat edenler için büyük kolaylık sağlıyor. Personel nazik ve yardımcıydı. Genel olarak rahat ve sorunsuz bir konaklama geçirdim. Fiyat–performans açısından tercih edilebilecek bir otel.
